Chin-Hsiang Hu 胡縉祥 The continuous creation of a rt and a n accumulation o f life experiences h ave led Chin-Hsiang Hu t o take o n various i dentities: a rtist, e nginee r, i nteractive designer, lecturer, etc. Even so, he still desires to focus his work on the creation of new media art to examine the over-development o f science and technology. Each k ind of creative d irection expressed a different idea and required the use of d ifferent technologies. In terms of integrating technologies, the development of i nteractive software played a v ery important r ole in h is development. He chose OpenFrameworks to create v isual and audio reconition technology, while ActionScript was used to form real t ime audio and visual effects, and to manage the interactive devices, augmented reality, and motion sensors.

By combining different artistic forms, he built h is creative skills and abilities. He continuously challenged himself to c reate works that form a dialogue between his personal experiences and new media art. He works form the assumption that though the performing arts, interactive art, and visual art are separate disciplines, their combination can give rise to a new form of technology-based performing arts. This also includes a self dialogue that results in a clash between the inner self and external factors.

互動科技、電子機械、網路為媒介，探討與省思人與科技、網路之間的關係，曾獲邀參加荷蘭V2_動態

媒體藝術中心駐村藝術家、台北數位藝術獎、桃源創意獎、ＫＴ獎。未來將深化創作理念與新媒體技 術

之媒合，創造更富情感與創新的新媒體互動藝術作品。
