Scientific research is performing a methodical study to prove a hypothesis or answer a specific question. Finding a definitive answer is the central goal of any experimental process. Research must be systematic and follow a series of steps and a rigid standard protocol.

يعرف البحث العلمي بأنه املحاولة الناقدة التي توصل لحل مشكلة ما.

لحل قضية تسمى (موضوع البحث) إذ يتبع طريقة علمية تسمى (منهج البحث)، ليصل إلى حلول تسمى (نتائج البحث).

تعريف امللكية الفكرية: هـــي كـــل مـــايـــنتجه الـــفكر االنـــسانـــي مـــن إخـــتراعـــات وإبـــداعـــات فـــنية

وغيرها من نتاج العقل االنساني . :(WIPO) كما عرفتها املنظمة العاملية الفكرية

بـأنـها " تـشير إلـي أعـمال الـفكر اإلبـداعـية مـن اإلخـتراعـات واملـصنفات األدبية والفنية والرموز واألسماء والصور والنماذج والرسوم " .

حماية حقوق امللكية الفكرية:تــسمح لــلمبدع ومــالــك الــعالمــة الــتجاريــة وبــراءة االخــتراع وحــق املــؤلــف

باالستفادة من عمله وتعبه واستثماره.وهـــذا ال يـــعني أنـــه احـــتكر الـــفكر عـــلى األخـــريـــن بـــل الـــعكس، حـــيث تـــرد هـذه الـحقوق فـي املـواد الـقانـونـية مـن اإلعـالن الـعاملـي لـحقوق اإلنـسان الــذي يــنص عــلى حــق االســتفادة مــن حــمايــة املــصالــح املــعنويــة واملــاديــة

الناجمة عن نسبة النتاج العملي أو األدبي أو الفني الى مؤلفه.

تــاريــخ املــــلكية الـــفكريـــة

تاريخ امللكية الفكريةإن مفهوم امللكية الفكرية ليس مفهوماً جديداً

عــــام 1474م: صــــدر قــــانــــون الــــبندقــــية لحــــمايــــة االخــــتراعــــات ونــــص على منح حق استئثاري للمخترع،

نــــــــظام حــــــــق املــــــــؤلــــــــف فــــــــيرجــــــــع إلــــــــى اخــــــــتراع الحــــــــروف املــــــــطبعية -واملنفصلة واالَلة الطابعة على يد يوهانس غوتنبرغ عام 1440م.

وفـــي نـــهايـــة الـــقرن الـــتاســـع عشـــر، رأت عـــدة بـــلدان ضـــرورة وضـــع -قـــــوانـــــني تـــــنظم املـــــلكية الـــــفكريـــــة. أمـــــا دولـــــياً فـــــقد تـــــم الـــــتوقـــــيع عـــــلى

معاهدتني تعتبران االَساس الدولي لنظام امللكية الفكرية هما: اتفاقية باريس لحماية امللكية الصناعية 1883 -

اتفاقية برن 1886 لحماية املصنفات األدبية والفنية.-

- االبــتكارات الجــديــدة فــي كــافــة مــجاالت املــلكية الــفكريــة تــؤدى إلــى تــقدم البشرية ونهضتها.
