Middle management level…… understand operation and understand more detail if they use PM terminology, but not deep……

……Senior management, they speak the language of money, hard number, yes or not. Not so much PM terminology……

Clarifying the deliverables for senior management…….…….after many conversations between technical people and senior management……. It would be better to be Three phases rather than one in order to meet the deliverables desired by senior management.
