He has assisted organisations to develop systems and processes across the supply chain. He is well versed with operational and manufacturing excellence—systems, processes and tools. He is a recognised trainer cum tutor for ISO 9001: 2008 Lead Auditors’ Course.

Suresh is a certified NLP Practitioner and Graphologist. 20 years of working with Indian Air Force has given him opportunity to understand and deal with diverse minds, which has added immense value to his expertise of Human Capital Development. Her expertise is developing customised workshops based on these gaps and help organisations achieve the desired results from its people thus achieving business goals.

Lekhni is a Human Resource Development consultant with a rich experience of over 10 years. She has been instrumental in setting up HR function for prestigious organisations, initially as a team member to independently handling projects.
