1. Letter of Intent will be accepted already by the Sales Operations Group; 2. All reservation checks must be paid c/o: CDC LANDHOLDINGS & COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENT CORP. 3. We are in the process of getting our temporary license to sell so all payments will be
escrowed to the bank, 4. No commission advances will be release until we get the license to sell; 5. Separate incentives and production will be for the project; 6. Open units will be for the SOUTH TOWER from the 7th floor up to the 12th floor only 7. Parking Slots is at Php 560,000 per slot (VAT inclusive) + other charges
