Making A Social Post Suite Post

1. To start, log into your Social Post Suite Account

2. Because we’re making a Post, click

on ‘Manage Posts’

…and then on ‘Add New Post’

3. Here’s the next steps to follow to set up your Post before clicking ‘Save’

4. Choose if you want the Post to go out now, or later (Scheduled)

For your own reference, add in the Post Name

Remember the App ID & App Secret from your Facebook App set up? Enter them here!

Upload the image you want to www.tinypic.com & enter the Direct Link here

Enter the Headline & Sub-headline you want to appear in the post’s link

Choose Media Type. Videos: Grab the ID of YouTube Video & Enter in the field below. Image: Grab the Step 4 link & ideally set sizing to 500 x 500

Click here to Setup Email Gate. By default, leave un-ticked

Choose how you want to get the Leads. Optin Form: Enter autoresponder form code below Redirect Button: Redirect to your website’s optin form

Enter Your Email here. By default, leave blank

Enter Your Name here. By default, leave blank

If ‘Video’ in Step 6, enter how many seconds users must watch the video before they can optin. By default, leave at zero

Choose colour for Link Button

When you’re ready, click ‘Save’!

5. Once you click ‘Save’, and the Post has been saved to your Posts Menu, you’ll see this, so

now you’re ready to post to Facebook! To share, click on ‘Share on Facebook’ (make sure

you’re logged into your Facebook account!)

6. When posting for the very first time, you’ll see pop-up windows to give the App access to

post on the Facebook Pages you want, so go through and Confirm each notification:

7. Next, you’ll receive a pop-up window

asking which of your Pages that you

Admin you’d like to Post to, so click on

the one you want to be redirected to the

next step…

8. And finally, we get to write the text we want to appear in the Facebook Post, so go ahead

and do that in the space provided, and click ‘Share’…

9. Woo hoo! Publlished Successfully!

10. Now, we double check the Post on the Page we posted to….and it should look like these

screenshots below (depending on media type you selected), and what they’ll see when they

click on the image AND the Link, and we’re done!
