I. Why Vinyl Plank？

1. Good stability. Dimensional stability under heating is less than 0.2%, and

residual indentation is less than 0.1mm

2. Fire-proof and inflaming retarding. Class Bf1. Test condition: ignition 15

seconds, and let it burn 20 seconds, the burning length is less than 150mm.

3. Protection against termites.

4. Light weight compared with other timber, ceramic, porcelain or laminated

floorings, from 2.8kg/sq.m (1.5mm) to 5.7kg/sq.m (3.0mm)

5. Easy installation, just glue down or peel and stick.

6. Various colors. At present 11, seeing following pages.

IV. Who are we?

Our founder and boss, Mr. Liu Jiahan, owns two companies, Shanghai Hanyi Building

Materials Co., Ltd and Muyun (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd. The former one

is a factory established in 2007 with 4 production lines and charges domestic sale. The

later one is a trading company founded in 2015 which sells to overseas markets.

We have our own brand UNYUIN, which was registered in 2012.

UNYUIN® ranges in vinyl planks, vinyl tiles and vinyl carpets. In every month, there

are 250,000 sq.m UNYUIN® vinyl flooring flowing into the market and to people’s

house successively.

UNYUIN® products have a whole scope of process, from R&D, producing, quality

inspection, sales, packing, delivery, installation, and recycle.

Events

Apr. 2008: first production base, Shanghai Hanyi Building Materials Co., Ltd

established in Shanghai City.

Feb. 2012: UNYUIN was registered.

May 2014: Ten warehouses around China mainland, in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou,

Shenyang, Wuhan, Ji’nan, Lanzhou and Urumchi.

Oct. 2015: began to export officially, and found Muyun (Shanghai) International Trade

Co., Ltd.

Jan. 2017: second production base sets up in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province.
