Each store receives two secret shop evaluations in each “round.” Rounds of secret shopping occur every two months, meaning that a store 

will receive 12 evaluations in a 12‐month period. Associates who earn a score of 100% on secret shop evaluations receive a 

$100 gift card reward; 94‐99% receive a $50 gift card. Each round of secret shop evaluations are followed by one‐on‐one tenant 

consultations. Management and associate training seminars are held quarterly. Topics are 

selected based on tenant feedback and cater to each property’s needs.

Pertains to concession activities of airports receiving Federal financial assistance from Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

Intended to ensure nondiscrimination in the award and administration of concession opportunities and create a level playing field on which ACDBEs can compete fairly for concession opportunities

It is our practice to get multiple offers on each space to create demand, establish a market value for the space, and ascertain the highest and best use for the location. We then evaluate the offers based on the following:
