Our wised leadership in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks for supporting and enhancing the woman role and impact in the local economy by providing and creating competitive opportunities in all fields of business and labor sectors. In light thereof, Princess Norah Bint Abdulrahman University will launch the Forum of “Compete to Success” as an additional value that will contribute in fruitful success of the Saudi woman professionally by introducing add value job opportunities in labor sector as well as enhancing and qualifying capacities of female startup owners by offering them a direct linkage opportunities with both investors and supporting authorities.

Forum Program the program is designed to leverage Saudi women competitiveness opportunities in both Business and Labor sectors, by creating a community awareness in the effective role and impact the can be made by Saudi women in contributing to the development and the growth of the local economy, in addition to improving her skills and enhancing her significant addition in local Entrepreneurship movement.

Forum Objectives To raise awareness of different available job opportunities for woman, guiding owners of commercial ideas that desire to enter Entrepreneurship field, connecting employers with job researchers for obtaining job opportunities, activating the Social partnership among different sectors, providing priority to Saudi woman, focusing on woman business and competitive concept in related sectors as well as recording and following up the latest statistics of business and labor sector.

Forum’s Sessions The session of the Forum will focus on Entrepreneurship as well as showing female experiments that excelled in Entrepreneurship, inviting the new trends of labor market and encouragement challenges, discussing the role of governmental and civil authorities in supporting female Entrepreneurship, focusing on promising opportunities in female employment in private sector, showing local successful models in searching for job and how to create it. Group debate between woman Entrepreneurship in private sector and Entrepreneurship, launching various workshops between Entrepreneurship and employment in governmental & local sectors.

Entrepreneurship Platform The Forum program is accompanied by launching the event of (Forum platform ) in the first day for providing opportunity to leading commercial ideas owners to show their projects within a period not exceed 5 minutes before arbitration committee consists of Saudi female leaders and representatives of programs of supporting pioneering projects. The platform shall serve the innovative commercial ideas in various essential sectors such as health, technology, education, living, designing and manufacturing.

Exhibition attached to the meeting The exhibition includes two sections: section for labor sector and other for business.

•Labor Sector Section: -Gallery of professional women development and female startup ventures in KSA (Info graphic) -Live registration section for female job seekers and -5 in spot in-spot interview stations in addition to arranging entry with numbers after receiving resumes and coordination with employers. -Exhibition for employers to showcase their services and vacant jobs.

•Entrepreneurship Platform Section: -Exhibition of supporting authorities for Entrepreneurship -Exhibition of promising national Entrepreneurship projects. -Exhibition of supporting authorities for small firms. -5 stations for in-spot interviews between project owner and investor/ESO.

organizers The national Forum enhances a woman competitive in first labor and business sector and represents a desired opportunity for specialists of labor and business sector and Entrepreneurship, for Forum and ideas & opinions exchange. It is considered as an important opportunity for female youth that search for jobs to meet with employers and investors.

Business Support & Development center is a national project in initiative of princess Norah Bint Abdulrahman University in order to enable the innovated business in KSA that is owned by Saudi female by providing them a package of services and facilities for guarantying the success of their promising projects. Business support & development center is distinguished as it is based on integrated system including its fundamental bases such as financing, initiative and supports. The center is the main liaison between University and Industry.
