You will spend 3 years getting to know business in different channels by taking 4 rotation assignments

Responsibilities使命與責任
Achieve sales targetObtain sales orders, create new sale opportunities, and maintain existing customers relation.
Gather market intelligenceMonitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
Generate ideasDevelop solutions for customers, make recommendations to Supervisors and Regional Sales Managers/ Key Account Managers and resolve customer complaints.
Perform expected behaviorsDisplay and continuously improve functional and leadership competencies.
Produce variety of sales reports and KPI tracking reports
