The project of the first Business District in Rio de Janeiro, inspired by the City of London, Europe's financial center. A corporate and commercial area spread over about 100 thousand

square meters with Office, Corporate and Mall. The complex has 5 buildings

( 1 Corporate, 3 offices, 1 mall) with a total of 1104 units.

After the success of the project Barra Village Prime, the client requested a similar project (3 storey building with private garden) but

with a concept inspired by water. Artificial lakes were designed throughout the project, giving privacy and comfort to the units.
