1. All interested bidders should submit their price offers beginning Wednesday, August 29, 20122. Bid submission will end on Tuesday, September 4,2012, from 8:30 Am to 4:30 PM.3. Bids will be opened on specified dates and offices in the table above.4. Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Lot number, Vehicle or generatorsnameand price.5. Also the Lot number and the name of the vehicle or generator should be written on the sealed envelopewith official stamp if possible. 6. All offers will be opened publicly on the dates and places specified above table in the presence of MC bid committee 7. All bidders or their representatives are welcome to the bidopening at the specified dates and offices.

Winners will be given 48 hours to pay cash and take their vehicles or generators from Mercy Corps compounds.
