*********The First I would like to present energy situation in Thailand 2008Energy consumption in Thailand is continuously increased during the year 2004-2008 with an average annual growth rate of 2%
In 2008 the total final energy consumption was about 66 Million tons of oil equivalent.
Final energy consumption by economic sector, you will see the Transportation and Manufacturing are big consumptions that consumed the final energy amount for 72% of the country energy demand.
In transportation is almost used petroleum products and for industrial sector is mixed consisting of petroleum products, natural gas, coal and agricultural waste.
The total value of energy imported is a large financial burden on our country. Especially the imported petroleum product is a major portion about 97% of total value of energy imported.5. (Distributed Generation: DG)
