Responsibility to kids 申請條件 ( 以 2011年 7 月政府頒布為準）

1.低收入（參考標準： MBSAC-Minimum Basic Standard Of Adequate Care ）家庭銀行的存款不能超過 $2000 ；或$3000 若家庭成員裡有超過 65 歲的長者。 自用的汽車價值不能超過 $4600 美金。可以擁有自己居住的房子。

2.家庭中有 18 歲以下的小孩需要照顧3.雙親中有一人已經死亡、離家、失業、或心理有殘障例： 3 口之家的月收入在 $1000 左右；滿足

上述條件，每個月可以從政府那裡申請到$600 生活補助金；還可以享受政府提供的糧食券 (food Stamp) ；及醫療保險。

nutrition & health申請條件（以 2011年 7 月政府頒布為準）1.低收入的成人（ 18 歲以上）2. 單身月收入在 $1180； 3 口之家在 $20083. 家庭的銀行存款不能超過 $2000 ；或$3250 若家庭成員裡有超過 65 歲的長者例證：單身若符合上述條件，每個月可申領 到 $200的糧食券。3 口之家若符合上述條件，每個月可申領 到$526 的糧食券。

申請條件：1. 年齡：1)21 以下 或 65 歲以上；2)21～ 65 歲之間需要有未成年孩子（ 18 歲以下）3)孕婦；身體有殘障者2. 收入：

個人月收入 $ 1161 ；夫婦月收入 $1571滿足以上條件者，可獲得 Full Medical（ HMO) ；若沒有滿足以上條件，也可以申請但需要與政府分攤醫療費用（ share cost ）

This means a CAPI applicant must apply for SSI/SSP, or submit other proof of ineligibility from the Social Security Administration.
