:اإلشراف على المعهد:يتولى اإلشراف على المعهد

يتألف من رئيس وستة أعضاء ويعينون جميعاً بقرار يصدره صاحب السمو: مجلس إدارة( أ الحاكم، ويقع على عاتقه رسم السياسة العامة للمعهد، واعتماد اللوائح والنظم الخاصة بالعمل

.فيه يمثل المعهد أمام كافة الجهات ويتولى تنفيذ قرارات المجلس وإدارة شؤون: مدير عام( ب

.المعهد التعليمية والمالية واإلدارية ويشمل المجلس العلمي للمعهد ويختص بدراسة وإبداء الرأي في كل ما: الجهاز الفني( ج

يتصل بالشؤون التعليمية والتدريبية في المعهد، كما يشمل المتخصصين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والقضاة وأعضاء النيابة العامة ممن لهم باع طويل في تدريب وتطوير الموارد

شروط االلتحاق ببرنامج التأهيل

:يشترط فيمن يقبل للدراسة في المعهد من الذكور واإلناث أن يكون.دولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة من مواطني( 1 التمتع بكامل األهلية وحسن السيرة والسلوك، وغير محكوم عليها بجناية أو جنحة( 2

.مخلة بالشرف أو األخالق الحصول على شهادة الليسانس في الحقوق أو الشريعة والقانون من جامعة( 3

.معترف بها بتقدير جيد على األقل.اجتياز مسابقة القبول التي يعقدها المعهد لهذه الغاية( 4.اللياقة الصحية( 5

About the Institute The Institute was established under law NO. 1/1996 issued by HH the Ruler of Dubai.The Institute is a public foundation of juristic personality. The laws behind the establishment of the Institute encompass provisions outlining its objectives, supervisory responsibilities and the assignments entrusted to its board of directors and its director general. The Institute is funded from a budget by Dubai government, in addition to fees accrued in exchange for the Institute’s training and qualification courses, plus grants and donations approved by the board of directors.

The Institute’s fundamental role focuses on training UAE national staff to qualify them to undertake functions in the judiciary positions or placements at the public prosecutor’s office and all legal specialties. Interns for the judiciary will undergo training for a period of one year. Moreover, the Institute offers other services through its ongoing qualification programs in collaboration with its strategic partners from the courts and general prosecutor’s departments, the legal sector, alongside custom-tailored training programs designed to promote human resources at legal units and in the private national sector. The law ordains that the Institute play a pioneering role in furthering scientific research via conducting research and studies in legal and judicial areas. The Institute will also commit itself toward the general public, which falls amongst the Institute’s target segments. The Institute seeks to promote a culture of

legal awareness within society by taking its message to the general public. The previous stems from the principals and responsibilities inspired from Dubai’s strategic plan leading up to the year 2015 – with respect to uplifting public awareness vis-à-vis rights and duties. Institute Supervision

The Institute is supervised by:

a( Board of Directors: comprised of a chairman and six members all appointed by HH the Ruler of Dubai. The BoD is responsible for sketching the Institute’s policy and endorsing necessary operational codes and charters.

b( Director General: represents the Institute before all parties and responsible for executing the decisions of the BoD and managing the Institute’s educational, financial and administrative affairs.

c( Technical Apparatus: includes the Institute’s scientific board and focuses on studying on commenting on all educational and training issues at the Institute. The Technical apparatus also employs specialists from the teaching faculty, judges, and members of the general prosecutor’s office and all those with extensive experience in training and development of judicial staff, plus forensic experts and criminologists.

d( Administrative Apparatus: the Institute’s Administrative Apparatus consists of four main departments:

1- The Financial Administration Department includes the financial, administration, human resources, information technology and support services departments.

2- Qualification & Training Department.3- Institutional Efficiency.4- Studies & Research Department and the judicial library.

Terms for joining the qualification program

The following conditions are necessary prerequisites for students applying to enroll at the Institute )from both genders(:

1( Applicants must all carry the UAE nationality.2( To be attested as mature well-behaved individuals not convicted of any

felonies or honor-undermining misdemeanors. 3( Obtaining a bachelor degree in law or Islamic Sciences from an

accredited university )minimum B grade(. 4( Passing the entry contest exam set by the Institute. 5( Meeting health and physical requirements.

**Taking into account conditions #2, 3, 4 & 5, the Board of Directors retains the right to accept admission of students under scholarship programs from inside and outside the UAE, following nomination from official agencies.

Legal status of interns at the Dubai Judicial Institute:The law grants full-time judicial interns the right to receive a monthly bonus throughout their one-year study period at the Institute, in addition to granting them a diploma degree in judicial law indicating passing grade and date of graduation.
