THE MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF METHANE EXTRACTION TO EARTH

SURFACE AS THE DANGER OF FIRE DURING MINE ELIMINATION

Gurzhiy V., Senior Researcher of the Department of Fire Safety

of The Respirator State Research Institute of Mine-rescue Work, Fire Safety and Civil Protection

    (NIIGD Respirator) MES DPR

It is well known and proved by practice that Donbass under closing are potentially dangerous for penetrate on

the earth's surface. Established by the work of many institutions of the coal industry that the problem associated with

the release of mine gas from closed (locked) mines is relevant for Russia, Ukraine and other coal-producing countries

in Europe. Therefore, the material presented in the present paper is devoted to the task of enhancing the effectiveness of

ways to counteract this negative process. The article describes the essence of the modern way to combat these

dangerous manifestations of the natural properties of coal seams by mathematical modeling of the process of mining

reseals to the Earth's surface. The problem is reduced to the theoretical study of the penetration of mine gas on the

Earth's surface, in buildings and structures. As a result of the research developed a mathematical model, which allows

the use of full-scale study of the process, from the definition of its basic parameters without the need for costly field

    experiments.

Keywords: mine gas emission, fracture rock, technological, and tectonic fractures of the array, the methane

explosion, fire, fire, convective heat transfer, the density of the gas flow, diffusion in the coal seam.

THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF INTERACTION SPRAYED WATER

TO THE VENT JETS IN FIRES IN MINES

Bulgakov Y., Dr. Sci. (Tech.), prof.,

vice-rector of scientific and pedagogical work of the Donetsk National Technical University,

director of the Institute of Mining and Geology,

Melnikova Y., Ph. D., associate professor of the Department of labor protection and aerology

    SHEI Donetsk National Technical University,

The mathematical model of aerodynamic interaction of drop liquid with ventilation flow with automatic

switching on of water fire-extinguishing formulation along with a certain pitch from each other, depending on fire load

is carried our mines. Implementation of the developed model on a computer allows to predict veroyatnosti overturning

of the air flow due to the sudden inclusion of water fire-extinguishing, and to develop measures for the sustainable

ventilation of mine workings equipped with belt conveyors. Nice be developed on this mathematical model base

    software system for emergency ventilation.

Keywords: water mist, fire, excavation, aerodynamic resistance formulation, stability, ventilation, water

    extinguishing systems.

THE METHOD OF PREDICTING THE DANGER OF EXPLOSION

Artyomova ., Ph. D., assistant professor of the Department of Management and Organizing Activities in the Field of Civil Protection,

Pichahchi A., senior lecturer of the Department of Management

and Organizing Activities in the Field of Civil Protection

Institute of Civil Protection of Donbass

    SHEI Donetsk National Technical University

In the article is devoted to the methodology used to predict the effects emergency associated with a risk of

explosion. The first stage of calculations allows to predict the consequences of explosions of gas-air mixtures at high

pressure as a hazard impacts on people and objects. The second stage of the method allows to calculate the impacts of

thermal effects on people and materials. The third stage of the method involves determining the size of the zone of toxic

smoke in a fire. The result of the calculation is determined by the full range of indicators related to the consequences of

gas-air mixtures explosions at high risk.

Keywords: explosion hazard, fire parameters, the radius of coverage, the duration of fire, temperature and

internal open fire, the burning area, the burning zone, the zone of thermal influence, zone of smoke, a solid front of fire,

    excessive pressure.

A nonstationary one-dimensional problem of the ideal thermal contact between two bodies (the lining reel -

tape). The general boundary condition takes into account the heat flows. the drum and the tape, by forced convection

during the rotation of the drum into the environment. The resulting solution can be used to estimate the time required

for heating the friction surfaces to flammable temperatures. An estimate of the rate of increase of the convective heat

flux from the free surface of the drum.

Keywords: friction, heating, linings, drive pulley, fire risk, analytical model, temperature, convection.
