Wages and Salaries System

Designed according to the requirements of the Saudi market and the Gulf market in general

correspond with the labor office system and wages protection system. The most important

features are the following:

Salaries Settings

Identify the general polices of salaries and wages of your business which is linked to

the employee data page and then select a special polices for each employee in terms

of calculating the salary.

The existence of a mechanism to follow up the salaries and job situations for each

employee.

High flexibility in printing salary data of each level or the salary of each employee.

The ability to print (pay slip) for each employee with the ability to print it to all staff

by one click.

Bonuses, Allowances, Advances and Deductions

Follow advances granted to employees and the movement of the monthly deduction

What characterize the employee affairs system is that, it was designed according to the

requirements of the Saudi market -in specific- and the Gulf market -in general-, and also

for being in line with the labor office system.

Educational Data, Qualifications data, Documentations Data (Iqama and license data

with the issue and expiry dates … etc), employee’s and All Documentations picture,

Training Courses Data).
