一．手厥阴心包经Pericardian Meridianof Hand Jueyin （一） Pathway of the meridian:

先观察三遍光盘上的经脉流注动态图，有一个总体印象，然后看教材的原文。

是主脉所生病者 The acupoints of this meridian mainly treat the diseases due to the disorder of the pulse.

与心包或心有关的、经络所过病候。The symptoms due to pericardian and heart disorder and the pericardian meridian disorder along its pathway.

二． The Collateral of Hand Jueyin （一） The pathway of the collateral of Hand Jueyin ：

一支：从内关（去腕两寸，出于两筋之间）走向表里经；另一支，循经以上，系于心包，络心系。

（二） The symptoms of the collateral of Hand JueyinSymptoms of repletion 实证：心痛 Symptoms of vacuity 虚证：烦心

三． The Divergent Meridian of Hand Jueyin Leave (Diverge) from 离（别）：别于腋下三寸（天池）Enter 入：入胸中，别属三焦Emerge from 出：耳后 Unite with 合：手少阳经（于完骨下方）

两支：直者：从中指起，结肘内廉、腋下，下散前后挟胁。 支者：入腋，散胸中，结于贲（膈部）。

（一）起止、穴数：起于天池、止于中冲，共9 穴。It originates from P1-Tianchi and ends at P9-Zhongchong.There are 9 points on the Pericardian Meridian of Hand Jueyin.

（二） The essential indications of the acupoints of this meridian Brief indication ：1 、 Diseases relevant to its pertaining visceral organ ：心绞痛（ hea

rtstroke ），心痛（ cardiodynia ），心动过速（ tachycardia ），心律不齐（ arrhythmia ），心肌炎（ myocarditis ），风湿性心脏病（ rheumatic heart disease / RHD ） ,etc 。2 、 Diseases relevant to its connecting organs ： diseases of heart,

chest and stomach, such as: 胃痛（ gastralgia ） , 胸膜炎（ pleuritis ） , 心烦（ upset ） ,etc 。

穴名： 天池 天泉定位：第四肋间隙，乳头外 1 寸 腋前纹头下 2 寸， 肱二头肌的长短头之间刺灸法：斜刺或平刺 直刺功能：胸腋肿痛（＋支沟） 乳痈（＋乳根、少泽）

2. 曲泽～大陵 共性： 1 ）前臂内侧 2 ）可针可灸 3 ）功能： ① 宁心安神，镇静息风： 用于心神方面病变； ② 和胃降逆止呕 ③ 通络止痛：胸痛、胃痛、 心绞痛、肋间神经痛、上肢内侧正中痛 ④ 清热除烦：心经、心包经有热出现的烦躁、中暑、风疹、隐疹
