Кандидатам, желающим обучаться в Норвегии, нужно предоставить 2 комплекта документов : 1 комплект это документы, которые требуются для Минобрнауки России (Международный департамент), они обязательны и должны быть представлены на русском языке – в 1 экз., 2комплект (в 2 экз.: оригинал+копия) - документы, требуемые принимающей стороной и на языке, который требует принимающая сторона (присылается тоже в Минобрнауки)

1. Письмо-представление высшего учебного заведения, подписанное ректором или проректором.

2. Биографическая справка кандидата (справка - объективка) с указанием фамилии, имени, отчества, даты рождения, места рождения, данных российского внутреннего паспорта, домашнего адреса, контактного телефона и e-mail, с приклеенной фотографией 3x4 см.

3. Справка о знании иностранного языка или сертификат (для всех категорий кандидатов, за исключением преподавателей, рекомендуемых на языковую стажировку).

4. Копию загранпаспорта (первый лист с фотографией).

Каждый из перечисленных документов должен быть заверен печатью вуза (кроме п.4).

2 комплект для норвежской стороны

Документы для Норвегии предоставляются по общим требованиям, перечисленным в заявке (п.9, см. в приложении) + необходимо учесть требования выбранных вами норвежских университетов (из перечисленных в приложении).

Документы, требуемые Международным департаментом Минобрнауки России, и документы, требуемые принимающей страной, включая заполняемые на сайтах, присылаются на бумажном носителе.

При высылке документов складывайте их в указанном порядке.

Преимущественным правом пользуются кандидаты, ранее не участвовавшие в аналогичной форме обучения за рубежом. Окончательное решение о приеме кандидатов выносит принимающая страна-партнер.

Расходы по проезду до места стажировки (учебы) и обратно и по оплате консульских сборов при получении виз несет учебное заведение или командируемый.

О письме-представлении:

Письмо-представление от российского университета на кандидата составляется в произвольной форме на имя директора Международного департамента Минобрнауки России Николая Рудольфовича Тойвонена, за подписью ректора или проректора (на бланке вуза).

Письмо-представление должно содержать следующую информацию:

1. Статус в вузе (студент: курс, факультет; магистрант: курс, факультет; аспирант: год обучения; научно-педагогический работник: должность, ученая степень, ученое звание)

2. Страна, в которую направляется кандидат, на какой вид обучения/работы (языковые курсы, языковая стажировка, научная стажировка, научная работа, бакалавриат, магистратура, аспирантура, работа в качестве лектора русского языка и т.д.), язык обучения, по возможности период обучения/работы (конкретные даты).

3. В случае, если известно место обучения (вуз) или место работы принимающей стороны, написать: название учебного заведения, факультет.

4. Почему университет рекомендует именно данного кандидата (заслуги).

Norwegian‐RussianScholarshipScheme2016‐17

Introduction 

This announcement of scholarships is based of the Agreement between the Norwegian Ministry 

of Education and Research and the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, dated 27th April 

2010.  

Norwegian scholarship schemes are normally closely tied to institutional collaboration, 

preferably with strong linkage between cooperation in research and education. Since the 

Ministry of Education and Research cannot instruct the institutions to accept a candidate within 

a specific field, this scheme is based on pre‐agreements with defined institutions. The 

institutions retain their right not to accept a specific candidate. 

The total amount of available student grants annually is 30, 15 within Norwegian language and 

literature, 15 within other subjects. Admission of a student for a two‐year programme implies 

that the student is counted as grant recipient for two years, reducing the number of available 

grants the following year. 

As acceptance of individual students cannot be guaranteed, it is suggested that the Russian 

Ministry of Education and Science recommends at least 20 students for language studies and 20 

students for other studies, from which the grant recipients can be selected.

NOR‐0100 Norwegian language, literature and culture for international students. 30 ECTS,

- Requires documented level of Norwegian at level III. The students must have studied 

Norwegian full time for at least one year before they may attend the course.

All applications are made on a special form developed for the scholarship scheme. Applications 

not made on this form, will not be considered. The application deadline, as well as contact 

information, will be announced by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian 

Federation.  

Eligibility 

Only students who are currently enrolled at a regular university study programme or academic 

staff/teachers at universities or similar institutions are eligible for grants to summer courses. 

Other grants are available to applicants who fulfil the announced language and educational 

requirements.  

What does the grant cover? 

The students will not pay study fees (except a semester fee of approximately NOK 600 per 

semester). The students will receive a monthly grant equivalent to the rate for Quota students 

at the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund (“Lånekassen”). As per January 2016, this is NOK 

10 092 per month.  

Travel costs are not covered (ref. Article 6 in the agreement).  

The students will normally be offered student accommodation, for which they pay the rent out 

of their grant (usually NOK 2 500 – 4 500 monthly). 

For summer school participants there are special rates, where accommodation, meals, book 

support and pocket money is included.
