The Information Technology and its Rule of the Human Ability Future Horizon- Development
The Abstract
Many countries try to develop their economical life to achieve their popular contemporary and to achieve their safety through the good consumption of its natural wealth with its human ability by using the novel kind of sciences in which the information technology is the basic engine of any human development and who has this kind of technology is the one who has the only thing of power and authority.
So we have to look for the importance of the information technology according to its importance that affect the scientific individuals in which they need ahigh qualification by using its human wealth in which it considered as hidden power of the organization. The human beings and the knowledge are the wings of any developing society that helping it to draw the good future, in which the information revolution and the human ones are the first of every thing. So they are the valuable values of good consumption of training the workers and develop their performance and also develop their future ability in which the human wealth is the most important thing that can be named as (the future currency).
This research aimed to solve the practical problems from the theoretical point of view that related to the less of studies that deal with the information technology and its rule of the human ability development" and the interesting of these things through many ways.
This research that includes three parts, the first one includes the theoretical point of view of the information perfection and its relation with features of the development and the human power as the third part.
The second part includes the most previous important studies while the third one has a good distribution in submitting the theoretical and practical points and reflect them in to the real life through a good philosophical analysis to achieve the development of such thing of the organization. And trying to thing well of a good way by using the perfection of information and establishing a national center of information in every Arabic country in addition to the continuous working to discover the best one who has many information.
