1.1 Company Profile

Established in 1992, China Titans Energy Technology Group Co., Limited （ listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange,

Stock Code: 2188 ） is a high-tech enterprise, integrated with research, production and marketing. It is focused in

power electronics, and on the basis of the demand of all kinds of customers from power generation, power

such as, safe, stable, efficient, reliable, energy - saving, and less investment, etc.

By the end of January 2012, Titans group has been involved in hosting and building all key project

or large project of EV charging stations in China, including the demonstration stations for 2008

Beijing Olympic Games, the demonstration stations for 2009 Shanghai World Expo, the

demonstration stations for 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, and other more than 50 project in

Shandong, Beijing, Ningxia, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Guangxi, Hong Kong and some other provinces and

Along with the development of intelligent power grid and new energy, customers’ requirement on power quality,

reliability, safety and less investment is becoming higher and higher. With the introduction of the micro-power-grid

energy storage and power supply system, the fluctuations caused by the connections of new energy to the power

grid can be reduced. The micro power grid energy storage and power supply system can effectively improve the

power in the power consumption peak time, by cutting the peak to fill the valley, the power supply quality and

efficiency improved. At the same time, it will also enhance the stability and reliability of the power grid, which it can
