『自我形像』Self-image

（創 Gen1:26-27 ）26 神說、我們要照著我們的形像、按著我們的樣式造人、使他們管理海裡的魚、空中的鳥、地上的牲畜、和全地、並地上所爬的一切昆蟲。 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

27 神就照著自己的形像造人、乃是照著他的形像造男造女。 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

（弗 Eph2:10 ）我們原是他的工作、在基督耶穌裡造成的、為要叫我們行善、就是　神所豫備叫我們行的。 For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

1.健康自我形像 Healthy Self-Image

1) 勝過 沮喪 Overcome depression.

2) 除去 嫉妒 Rid of jealousy.

3) 減少 罪惡感 Reduce guiltiness

4) 放鬆自己 Relax oneself

5) 持續 成長 keep on growing

2.培養自我形像 Cultivate self-image

a.認同上帝的看法 Identify God’s perspectives.

( 詩 Ps.8:4-5)4 便說、人算甚麼、你竟顧念他．世人算甚麼、你竟眷顧他。 what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?

5 你叫他比天使〔或作　神〕微小一點、並賜他榮耀尊貴為冠冕。 You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor.

•你也許會說，我哪裡是那樣？•我這種人怎會有榮耀的尊貴冠冕？•如果你是這樣反應的，你不是第一個人，

• 在舊約時，有一位仁兄也是如此，神跟他說： ( 士 Jud.6:12)

• 耶和華的使者向基甸顯現，對他說：「大能的勇士啊，耶和華與你同在！」 When the angel of the LORD appeared to Gideon, he said, "The LORD is with you, mighty warrior."

• 基甸跟天使說：「主啊，我有何能拯救以色咧呢？我家在瑪拿西支派中是至貧窮的，我在我父家中是至微小的。」 "But Lord," Gideon asked, "how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family."

b. 明白自己的價值 realize your value

( 弗 Eph.2:10[另譯 ])我們原是上帝的作品，在基督耶穌裏創造的，為要叫我們去做許多美好的事物，這些事是神事先預備要我們做的事。 For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

• ( 箴 Pr.4:18) 但義人的路、好像黎明的光、越照越明、直到日午。 The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.

• ( 弗 Eph.4:13) 直等到我們眾人在真道上同歸於一、認識神的兒子、得以長大成人、滿有基督長成的身量． until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

c. 建立 豐盛的心態 Establish the attitude of abundance.

•( 約 Jn. 10:10) 我來了、是要叫羊〔或作人〕得生命、並且得的更豐盛。 I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

•( 羅 Rm.8:31) 既是這樣、還有甚麼說的呢．　神若幫助我們、誰能敵擋我們呢。 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

3.彼此欣賞肯定Certainly appreciate each other

• ( 來 Heb.10:24) 又要彼此相顧、激發愛心、勉勵行善。 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.

• 我是按神形像被造，是尊貴的神的兒女。（創 Gen1:26 ，詩 Ps8:5 ）

• 我是獨一無二的。（詩 Ps139:13-16 ） • 我是蒙神所愛的。（西 Col3:12 ）

• 我知道我的救贖主活著。 ( 伯 Job19:25 ） • 我相信天生我才必有用（林前 1Cor12:4-6 ） • 我靠著那加給我力量的，凡事都能做 （

腓 Php4:13 ） • 我相信神會賜福我的努力（林後 2Cor8:12）

• 我相信靠著神的恩惠，我能成功。 ( 弗 Eph3:20)
