紡織所是經濟部為支持紡織產業，於 1959 年在土城成立的財團法人研

究機構。最早執行我國紡織品外銷檢驗和維護品質為主，後隨發展需求，階段性的轉為科技研發和服務業務。

產業經濟與服務組 為紡織所與民間企業接觸最為深廣的單位，有二十多名專業經濟與紡織研究員，長期研究國內外紡織上中下游整體經濟概況，及各式紡織相關產業專題報告。資料來源比民間企業做市場評估能得到的資料更公正確實。 各式專業的國際與國內資料庫 各大小型研討會 結合所內專業研究員與業界專業人事實案操作
