İş hayatlarında, avukat veya noter yanında çalışırken yahut farklı alanlarda bile birçok kez karşı

karşıya gelebilecek adalet meslek yüksek okulu mezunlarına Avukat ve Noterlik işlemleri

hakkında yeterli derecede bilgi verilmesi amaçlamaktadır.

Course objective Business life, next to a lawyer or a notary public may face many times, even when working

in different areas of justice, or vocational school graduates, Attorney at Law and Notary

aims to provide sufficient information about transactions.

2) The nature of public service advocacy, advocacy self-employed nature of the legal

profession, such as lawyers' professional monopoly and describes the properties of the

independence of the lawyer.

Dersin Amacı Ticaret hukukunun tarihçesi, kaynakları, Türk Ticaret Kanunları ve birbirlerinden farkları gibi

konularda genel bilgiler verildikten sonra, ticari işletme, tacir ve ticari iş gibi ticari işletme

hukukunun başat kavramlarında hukuk öğrencilerinin bilgilendirilmesi amaçlanır. Adi şirket

ve ticaret şirketlerinin temel yapısı ve şirketler hukukundaki temel problemler incelenir. Teorik

olarak ortaya konulan bilgiler uygulama örnekleri ve Yargıtay kararları ile somutlaştırılmaya

çalışılmaktadır.

Course objective First of all, we aim to give an outline of history and sources of commercial law.

Then we teach Turkish Commercial Codes and differentness. Close shortly we aim

to inform students about important topics of law of commercial enterprise. For

example: commercial enterprise, trading concern and trafficker.

Examined the basic structure of the ordinary company and the commercial companies and

basic problems of company law.

Theoretically, the information laid down in trying to be actualized with application examples

and Supreme Court decisions.

Dersin Amacı Ceza Muhakemesi Hukuku’nun amacı, sanık haklarına saygılı biçimde maddi gerçeğe

ulaşmaktır. Ceza muhakemesi sonucunda kişinin özgürlüğünü kaybetmesi ile karşı karşıya

kalabilecek olması, şekli değil de maddi gerçeğin amaç olmasını gerektirir. Bu doğrultuda

sanık, muhakeme hukukunda sadece muhakemenin bir objesi olmayıp, ayrıca süje olarakta

yerini almıştır. Gerçeğe insan haklarına saygı çerçevesinde ulaşılmasını sağlayarak, insanlık

onuruna saygı göstermek ve masumları cezalandırma riskini azaltmak. Toplumda hukuki barışı

ve düzeni kurup bireysel hak arama fiillerini önlemek. Ceza Muhakemesi Hukukunun temel

amacıdır.

Dersin Amacı Ülkemizdeki farklı yargı kollarındaki mahkemelerin tanıtımı,

Yargılama faaliyeti hakkında öğrencilere bilgi kazandırmak.

Yargılama faaliyetinde ki görevlilerin tanıtımı, Türk yargı sisteminin çalışma

mekanizmasının kavratılması. Tebligat hukukunun tanıtımı, hukuktaki önemini ve

somut olarak bunların tatbiki ve sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi.

7) Tebligatın kim tarafından yapılacağına ilişkin bir bilgisi olur.

8) Tebligatın kimlere ve ne zaman yapılacağı konusunda bilgi sayesinde usulsüz tebligatın önüne

geçer.

9) Tebligatın en kısa ve en hızlı bir şekilde nasıl yapılacağı noktasında yeterli bilgisi olur.

10) Uluslararası uyuşmazlıklara ilişkin tebligat yapabilme yetisi olur.

Dersin İçeriği Yargı türleri, Yargı türlerindeki mahkemeler, hukukun temel ilkeleri, icra teşkilatı, tahkim,

arabululucuk, avukatların uzlaşma yapma yetkisi. İcra ve İflas Teşkilatı, Tebligat hukukunun

tanıtımı, hukuktaki önemi, tebligat araçları.

Course objective Introduction of the Notification Law and The importance of the notification.

Implementation and evaluation of notification. Presentation of the different judicial

branches of the courts in our country, To give students information about the activity

of the proceedings. Introduction of the officers engaged in the trial of the Turkish

Dersin Amacı Maddi hukuka göre kazanılan bir hakkın borçlusu tarafından kendiliğinden yerine getirilmediği

durumlarda alacaklının hakkını elde edebilmesine imkân sağlayan İcra ve İflas Hukukunun,

alacaklı, borçlu kavramları dikkate alınarak anlatılması amaçlanır. Teorik olarak ortaya

konulan bilgiler uygulama örnekleri ve Yargıtay kararları ile somutlaştırılmaya çalışılmaktadır.
