ミパッカーはご家庭で、写真やカード、書類等を簡単にラミネー卜することが出

来ます。ラミネー卜された写真やカーに書類などは、表面に光沢が出て美しく

なり、耐水性、耐摩耗性に優れたものとなりますが、逆に、一旦ラミネー卜され

たフィルムははがすことが困難となりますのでご注意くださるようお願い申し上

げます。本説明書は必ず保管して下さし、。

LAMIPACKER can easily laminate photos , cards , papers , and so on at home. Those

laminated objects have glitter on their surfaces and improved water-proofness and wear

日sistance. Conversely, note that once the objects a問 laminated‘ their lamination films

cannot be easily removed. Prior to using the apparatus. be sure to read the instruction

manual thoroughly for safe and proper use over a long period of time. Be sure to keep the

①ON/OFFスイッチこのON/OFFスイッチを押しますと、ヒーターとモーターが動作し、パネル上のスイッチとボタン及びラン

プが機能可能となります。

②SPEEDボタンこのSPEEDボタンを押しますと、ディジタル表示装置に設定速度が表示され、設定速度を UP ， DOWNボタンで設定できます。

③TEMPボタン

このTEMPボタンを押しますと、ディジタル表示装置に設定温度が表示され、設

定温度を UP ，DOWNボタンで設定できます。

④逆転 (REV) ボタン

この逆転 (REV) ボタンを押しますと、ブザーが鳴りローラーカf逆転します。

⑤DOWNボタン

ディジタル表示装置に表示されている温度及び速度の設定値を下げます。

⑥UPボタン

ディジタル表示装置に表示されている温度忍び速度の設定値を上げます。

⑦POWERランプ(黄)

電源スイッチを入れますと、点灯して電源が入っていることを表します。

⑧READYランプ(緑)

設定温度に達した時に点灯してブザーが鳴り、ラミネート可能なことを知らせ

ます。

⑨速度表示ランプ(赤)

速度表示ランプが点灯している時、ディジタル表示装置に表示されている数値

は、設定速度を表します。

⑩温度表示ランプ(赤)

温度表示ランプが点灯している時、ディジタル表示装置に表示されている数値

は、設定温度を表します。

⑪テεイジタル表示装置

設定温度と設定速度を表示します。

※ローラーを一度加熱してから設定温度を iOFFJ にしても、ローラーの温度はす

ぐに常温にはならず、下がるまでに時間がかかります。ヒーターへの通電(電

流)を切るだけです。

Push the switch, motor starts working and the wa口n-up of

the heat rollers starts. Activate the functions on the panel.

( Speed Button Set speed will be indicated in Digital Display Panel by

pushing Speed Button. Set speed is adjustable by

UPjDOWN button

Set temperature will be indicated in Digital Display Panel by pushing Temperature

Button. Set temperature is adjustable by Up'ρOWNbutton.

( Reverse Button

Make the rollers rotate reversely. The buzzer sound at the same time. By using this

function ,the laminating film can be taken out from the film feeding place.

( Down Button

Lowers the temperature and the speed on Digital Display panel.

( Up Button

Raises the temperature and the speed on Digital Display panel

( Power Lamp (yellow)

Shows the power is on

( Ready Lamp (green)

Ready Lamp lights and the buzzer sounds when the temperature gets to the set

temperature and ready for lamination

( Speed Lamp (red)

When Speed lamp is lighting , set speed is indicated in Digital Display Panel

( Temperature Lamp (red)

When Temperature lamp is lighting,set temperature is indicated in Digital Display

Panel.

The condition of set temperature and set speed are shown on the panel.

※ Once the rollers are heated,it will take some time for cooling down even after set

temperature change to [OFF], and which means cut the cu汀'ent off to heater.

e ラミネート加工上の注意 I

ラミネー卜は熱を加えて圧着しますが、操作の手違いなどにより失敗したり、フィ

ルムを巻き込んだりする可能性が有ります。次のようなラミネート加工はやめてく

ださい。

〈ラミネー卜されるものについて〉脅ラミネートは紙(写真を含む)専用です。金属・ビニール製品・布・木片等を

ラミネートしないでください。また、ラミネートは熱で溶けた樹脂が紙にしみ

込み接着しますのでコーティング処理された紙や油分を含むコート紙等は充分

な接着が得られず、剥がれなどが発生する恐れが有ります。また、水分を多く

含む紙(出力直後のインクジェットプリント紙、プリント直後の写真など)を

ラミネー卜した場合に細かい気泡の発生や接着不足、波打ち(しわ)状態が発

生する恐れがありますので、十分に乾燥した後にラミネー卜することをお勧め

します。

女感熱紙・クレヨン画など熱により変色・変質する紙をラミネートしないでくだ

さい。

*可燃物(セロハン等) ・軟化しやすい物(塩ビ、ポリエチレン等)を絶対にラ

ミネー卜しないでください。

脅再生することが不可能なような貴重なものをラミネートしないでください。

脅フィルムを含めて厚さ 1.2mm以上になるものをラミネートしないでください。

脅紙や写真をはさまないで、フィルムだけでラミネートしないでください。

〈ラミネー卜するとき〉*ラミネー卜する紙を必ずフィルムのシール部 」グ問、、

*ラミネー卜する前に、同じような紙質のもののテストラミネートにて温度状況

を確認されてからラミネー卜することをお薦めします。

脅15分以上ラミネートしない時は、パワー/逆転スイッチをオフにしてください。

〈ラミネートフィルム〉脅必ず当社純正ホットラミ舟ラミネートフィルム rcP リーフJ をご使用ください。

フィルムの特性が合わないとトラブルの原因となることがあります。

*絶対に片面のみのラミネー卜はしないでください。

女フィルムサイズはラミネートするものより上下左右ともそれぞれ2-3mm大き

なものが最適です。

脅最適なサイズのフィルムがない場合は、大きめのフィルムを使用して、捨て紙

を空いたスペースに入れてラミネー卜してください。

ラミネー卜後、サイズに合わせてカットしてください。

女ラミネートする前にフィルムをカットしたり、変形させたり、継ぎ足したりし

ないでください。

カット、変形、継ぎ足しはフィルム巻き込み・故障の原因となります。

G [ご使用方法 I

①電源コードの接続

電源スイッチがオフ (0) 側になっていることを確認して

下さい。付属の電源コードをコンセント (AC100V) と本

体後部のインレットソケットに差し込んで下さい。

②電源投入

電源スイッチをオン(1)側へ押して電源を入れて下さ L 、o

POWERランプ(黄)が点灯し、ブザーが鳴ります。

③ラミネート準備

ON/OFFスイッチを 1 回押してONにします。温度表示ラン

プ(赤)が点灯し、ディジタル表示装置には、初期設定温

度 1110J 'c が表示されます。

④温度と速度の設定

ラミネートする対象物やパウチフィルムの種類に応じて、温度及び速度を下表

を参考にして設定します。

温度設定の方法は、 TEMPボタンを押して設定温度が表示させている状態で、

UP ，DOWNボ女ンで行います。

速度設定の方法は、 SPEEDボヲンを押して設定速度が表示させている状態で、

UP ，DOWNポ合ンで行います。

⑤ウォームアップ完了

ON/OFFスイッチをON してから約7分後にREADYランプ(緑)が点灯し、ブザーが鳴ってラミネート可能を知らせます。

⑥ラミネ 卜加工開始

ラミネ 卜するものをパウチフィルムのシール部

(接合部)の奥まできちんと入れて挟み、シール

connect the Power Cord into lnlet Socket of the machine and

Turn the Power Switch on( 1). The power lamp(yellow)

lights with a beep.

( Tum on ON/OFF switch. Temperature Lamp(配d) is Iighted and the

initial rate temperature, 11 O'C is shown on the Digita1

How to set tempe口ure: Press the Temperature Button, and

adjust UP/DOWN Button while the Temperature Lamp (red) is lighted.

⑦ラミネート加工終了ラミネー卜の終了したパウチフィルムが後案内板より出てきました

ら、取り出して下さい。ラミネー卜の完了です。

連続してラミネー卜する時は、必ず事前にラミネー卜したものを後

案内板から取り出した後で、次のパウチフィルムを挿入して下さい。

※加工物が出てこない場合、巻き込みの恐れがありますので、その場

合は「逆転 (REV) ボヲン」を押して下さい。「逆転 (REV) ボ女ン」を押しでもパウチフィルムが戻らない場合は、直ちに電源スイッチ

をOFFにして、電源コンセントから外して販売店または当社にご連

絡下さい。

※注意:作業が一通り終了した場合は、ロ ラー清掃 (6項「ローラー清掃」参照)を行い、電源スイッチを必ずOFFにし下さい。

⑧電源をきる

クリーニングが終了しましたら、 ONlOFFスイ y チを 1 回押してOFF

にし、電源スイッチをオフ (0) 倶IJに押して、電源をきって下さい。

電源プラグをコンセントから抜いて下さい。

ラミネー卜が終了しましたら、ローラーの簡単な清掃を行って下さい。

ローラーが汚れていますと巻込みの原因となりますので、加工後は必ずクリーニングを行って汚れを取り除いて下さ(， '0 また、古くなった汚れは非常に取り難くなりますので、こまめに清掃を行って下さい。

①カレンダ やカタロク等(中手)の用紙を二つ折りにし、折り目の方から機械に挿入します。

②これを数回繰り返して下さい。

※注意:ローラ一清掃の際にコピー用紙などの薄手の用紙を使用すると巻き込む恐れがありますので、使用しないで下さい。巻き込んだものは機械の外に出てきませんので、直ちに電源スイッチをOFFにし、電源コンセントから外して販売店または当社にご連絡下さい。~

laminate, be sure to take out the laminated object before inserting

the next pouch films into the film inlet.

※Push Reverse button when the laminated object does not come out from

the outlet. When the laminated object does not stil1 remove from

the apparatus after pushed Reverse , turm off the Power switch

immediately , disconnect the power plug and contact our dealer or

office

※ When cleaning the ro l1ers, do not use thin paper such as copy

paper, because it may jam in the apparatus

発生した場合でも、内容物の保証は致しかねます。

4 修理ご依頼晶、および保守用部品のご持参及び持ち返りの交通費など、またご

発送される場合、及び当社より返送する場合の送料及び諸掛りは、御客様のご

負担となります。

5 保守サーピスのために必要な補修用性能部品の最低保有期間は、本機製造中止

後、 5年間です。

6 本保証書は日本国内でのみ有効です。
