11/7/2014 1 Dr. Lee Pui I Consultant Pediatrician Pediatric and Neonatology department CHCSJ, Macau 2/11/2014 常見兒童發展障礙的診斷準則 Diagnostic criteria for common developmental problem of children – DSM5 精神疾病診斷與統計手冊DSM 5 精神疾病診斷與統計手冊》(The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,簡稱DSM)由 美國精神醫學學會出版,是一本在美國與其他國家中 最常使用來診斷精神疾病的指導手冊。 精神疾病主要是一組以表現在疾病行為、心理學活動上 的紊亂為主的神經系統疾病 《精神疾病診斷與統計手冊》的歷史 History of DSM 第一版(簡稱為DSMI)於1952年出, 當中列有60種不 同的精神疾病。 DSMII1968年出版, 第三版(簡稱為DSMIII)於1980年出版, 第三版的修訂版(簡稱為DSMIIIR)於1987年出版 第四版(簡稱為DSMIV)於1994年出版,包括297疾患 DSMIV的修訂版(簡稱為DSMIVTR修訂版),於2000 年出版 2013518日終於正式公佈DSMV版本 精神疾病診斷與統計手冊第五版 DSM5 修訂精神疾病診斷與統計手冊第五版(DSM5) 的進行 過程,是在1999年開始。由海曼醫學博士(Steve Hyman,前美國國家精神衛生研究所主任)、明瑞醫 學博士(Steven M. Mirin ,前美國精神病協會醫務主 任)、和庫普弗醫學博士(David J. Kupfer,前美國精 神病協會委員會主席),與國家精神衛生研究 (NIMH) 進行討論。
