This chain adapted FREEFLOW TOP CHAIN that took the pros of the existingFREEFLOW chain (TOP ROLLER CHAIN, SIDE ROLLER CHAIN, VRP attachment chain)and complemented the cons. It is good for smooth production line operation andmaintenance.

이 체인은 기존에 사용 중인 FREEFLOW용 (TOP ROLLER CHAIN, SIDE ROLLERCHAIN, VRP 배속체인)의 장점을 살리고 단점 등을 보완한 새로운 FREEFLOW TOPCHAIN을채택함으로써기존의자동화생산라인의원활한흐름과유지보수에용이하다.

PROS OF FREEFLOW TOP CHAIN FREEFLOW TOP CHAIN의장점It does not move left and right because the center of chain is lowered to a stable height.By using the existing width of the chain, it can be designed as PALLET plan of the narrowest width.Chain is not protruded out that it prevents safety accidents.CAP resin can be attached and detached that the chain can be used during repair. Foreign particles don’t get on the product during the transport that it can be used for coated plate, polishing treatment, aluminum processing and resin processing.

체인중심점을안정적인높이로낮추어좌, 우로흔들림이없다.기존체인폭을사용함으로최소폭의 PALLET설계가가능하다.체인이외부로노출되지않아서산업재해를예방한다.체인에CAP 수지라착탈식으로조립되어사용중에도유지보수가가능하다.이송및누적을시켜도이송물에상처를주거나이물질이묻지않아서특히코팅합판, 연마처리, 알미늄가공, 수지가공제품등광범위하게사용가능하다.

This chain method is the basic method of the complex chain that resin cover isput on the integrative chain for smooth flow rather than product transport. It isinserted into the outer plate of chain as its shape that it doesn’t come off andcan transport any product.
