1. Reinhardt charges by the semester. When the student’s account has been charged, it will only show charges for fall semester at the present time. The RU Business Office has enclosed a copy of charges for 2014-2015. For a full time student, meaning they are enrolled in a minimum of 12 hours of credit, the student will be charged the block tuition fee of $9,498.00 for 12- 18 hours of credit for fall. The technology fee of $50.00 and student activity fee of $50.00 are also charged each semester. For athletes and music majors there will be additional fees each semester. Boarding students will be charged according to their residence hall assignments.

2. Only one original paper invoice will be mailed. RU now does electronic billing. To view the student’s account on EagleWeb, you will need his/her Reinhardt student id and the password he/she sets up. Payments are due two weeks prior to the first day of class. Financial aid forms must be complete in order to deduct financial aid from charges. Payment due dates for both fall and spring terms are listed at the bottom of the charge sheet.

3. Financial aid includes state grants such as the Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant (GTEG), HOPE Scholarship and Zell Miller Scholarship. Federal Title IV funds are PELL, FSEOG, direct loans, parent plus loans and federal work study.

4. Credit balances - refunds are not processed until deadline dates for grants have been met. The student may request a book voucher to be used at the bookstore on campus up to amount of credit if desired.

5. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards or cash for payments. If you are not able to pay in full by the due date, we also offer a monthly payment plan through an outside service called Tuition Management Systems (TMS). If you have not received a brochure from TMS we have brochures available. TMS charges a $47 fee to set up a plan for one semester or $65 to set up a plan for fall and spring combined.

6. We allow personal checks or parent’s checks up to $50 to be cashed at the Business Office.
