Jack Howard has been described as “one of the great quiet achievers of Australian music.” In fact, he’s the only trumpeter in the ARIA Rock’n’Roll Hall Of Fame.
He was an integral member of the mighty Hunters and Collectors; and along the way, he’s performed and recorded with Midnight Oil, Rodriguez, The Living End, You Am I and a host of others. His latest gigs with H & C have been at the AFL Grand Final and supporting Bruce Springsteen and The Rolling Stones.
Jack has also been releasing his own highly-acclaimed CDs for the last decade.
His latest, Day Of The Dog, features his own great band, the Long Lost Brothers – Ed Bates from The Sports on pedal steel, Mark Ferrie from The Models and the Rockwiz Orchestra on bass, Nicky Del Rey from Intoxica on guitar and Cal McAlpine from The Large No.12s on drums – a veritable super-group.
Jack’s music is powerful, driving and full of heart and soul. Don’t miss out.

GroundedBY ARTIST JENNY JESSOP
In her first Australian solo exhibition, Jenny Jessop creates land and seascapes by using colour and tone to bring a sense of place to the natural markings that appear in slate. Having recently moved to Australia, Jessop’s interest in transience and a sense of place is a strong theme in her work. The grounding nature of slate is the foundation of her work, and illustrates that beauty can be found in the most unexpected places.
