Fans ProtcentreThe ZVVZ a.s. manuacturing program includes an extensive range o axial and radial
ans which are used in all spheres o human activities. In a sense, they are make
the heart o air-conditioning technology. Perhaps, all air-handling acilities consist
o ans they are the mainspring o airow and pressure necessary or combustion,
they exhaust ue gas, transport ingredients, aerate loose materials
Fans carrying the ZVVZ a.s. label can be ound in signicant buildings in the Czech
and Slovak Republics, but also in Europe, Asia, Arica and even in America.
Currently we manuacture axial ans with the impeller diameter ranging rom 500 mm
up to 10,400 mm and radial ans ranging rom diameter 400 mm up to 2,500 mm.
At customers request, we can supply ans with a special surace nish, made in
stainless steel, seismically resistant ans, etc.

needs. Adjustment o air-handling parameters is made by
adjusting the impeller blades angle during an operation. The

Axial ow overpressure ans APW are mainly used or ventilation
o road and railway tunnels they have been designed or. They
can be applied in other operations when the appropriate
environment and parameters are met. These ans are designed
as horizontal ans with output control by means o the impeller

ZVVZ a.s. supplies ans or wind and climatic tunnels. It is possible to supply
both main ans and auxiliary and service ans or these types o tunnels. The
ans comply with the strictest requirements demanded or such equipment
and the ans can operate in climatic, acoustic or energy tunnels. Rotating
an components are made o steel or aluminium, or can be delivered made
o composite materials, which complies with extreme requirements needed
or acceleration or deceleration o the transported air. In developing
these products, ZVVZ a.s. cooperates with oremost R&D institutes, which
makes it possible or our company to ofer products based on the latest
knowledge and to give to our customers advantages to be one step ahead
o competitors.
Measuring o air technical parameters in ans is divided into testlaboratory measurements or tests during operation. ZVVZ can
make problem-ree normative measurements using standard
digital manometers and the collected data are subsequently
processed semi-automatically.
Aerodynamic tests always run in three stages, on a 600 mm
diameter testing line:
1. measuring o aerodynamic class characteristics
2. probing o ow patterns in selected operating points
3. measuring o perormance areas o the whole eld
Measurement o aerodynamic characteristics usually
