- Pak Ade reported dropped call and access failure at surrounding Jakarta Design Center on last 2 days (19 th august 2014)

- DT conducted 3 Rounds from Plaza semanggi to Slipi on August 21 st , 2014.

► 3G DT Observation at route from plaza semanggi to slipi :

- RSCP observed in good level, dominant (0 to -65)

- ECNO observed in good quality avg ( -6 to -9) except front of PINTUTOLSLIPIDNSMW

- Found 6x CAD and 2x CAF :

CAD : All 6x Dropped Call happen at front of JDC / PINTU TOLL SLIPI due to dragging, late HO from JKTDESIGNCTRMW to PINTUTOLSLIPIDNSMW and PLNSLIPIMW to PINTUTOLSLIPIDNSMW due to Suspect alarm IP CLOCK LINK Failure.

CAF : All 2x Call Access Failure happen at front of JDC / PINTU TOLL SLIPI while UE serving by PINTUTOLSLIPIDNSMW due to suspect alarm IP CLOCK LINK Failure

- Follow up to speedup clearing alarm IP Clock Link Failure.
