加强筋的拔模角一般取 0.25-2 度 ,塑件表面有皮纹或是结构复杂的应加大拔
模角!可达到 2 度,这是因为形状复杂的制品脱模阻力大!如拔模角不够大时会
出现拉花现象!

在塑件结构设计中应避免在料流方向的尖角!这样会产生局部应力且有注塑缺
陷!第二种为改良方案,消除了尖角!

第二种为改良方案!加了圆角,圆角的好处是避免集中。提高塑件的强度,改善
塑件的流动性!圆角半径的大小一般外 R 取 2t( 壁厚 ) ,内 R 取 0.5~1t.

1, 加强筋应布置在塑件受力较大之处,以改善塑件的强度!
2, 加强筋应作对称分布,避免塑件局部集中
3, 加强筋应尽可能设计的矮一些!
