引进岗位类型

上海交通大学针对海外一流大学担任全职教授的杰出人才设立

“讲席教授”；针对来自海外一流大学全职副教授以上、研究水平达

到长江学者、杰出青年基金水平的优秀学者设立“特聘教授”；针对

40岁以下、在世界一流大学已经获得助理教授或与之相当职位，展

现出较大发展潜力的杰出青年人才设立“特别研究员”及“晨星青

年学者”等岗位，形成具有交大特色的“人才金字塔体系”，该体

系实行和国际标准相对应的准入标准和薪酬体系，基本形成了建设

世界一流师资的战略理念、政策框架和配套措施。

领本学科在前沿领域赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力；在本学科领

域开展原创性研究和关键性技术研究，取得了重要标志性成果。

特别研究员（Tenure-track Assistant Professor）

年龄一般不超过 40周岁，热爱高等教育事业，品德优良，学风严

谨，学术背景良好，在教学和科研方面表现活跃，符合我校学科及

师资队伍建设；在海外一流大学或科研机构取得博士学位的申请人，

需要具有相关领域三年以上海外工作经历；或国内一流大学或科研

机构博士毕业者，需要具有相关领域四年以上海外工作经历。

History

Shanghai Jiao Tong University was founded in 1896 as Nan Yang College.

Inspired by patriotism, devotion to the people, a scientific spirit of seeking

truth and pursuing excellence, pioneering and ever-progressing zeal, SJTU

always stands at the forefront of modern university development. Over the

past 118 years, SJTU has assumed the responsibility of national salvation and

rejuvenation, taken the “first-class talent cultivation” as its principal mission,

promoted the values of “Gratitude and Responsibility,” and developed the

culture of “Truth-seeking, hardworking, pioneering and everprogressing.” It

has cultivated nearly 300,000 outstanding graduates for the country. Today,

Internationalization

SJTU extensively implements internationalization strategies, expands and

Academic Programs

As a comprehensive university, SJTU offers a wide range of academic

programs, with sciences as foundation; engineering, bio-medicine, and

management as backbone; and law, agriculture, economics, humanities and

social sciences developing their own unique features. The three disciplines of

Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering, and Clinical Medicine continue to rank first in China, 9 disciplines

rank top 3 and 15 disciplines rank top 5 among Chinese universities. 16

disciplines have entered the top 1% in the Essential Science Indicators (ESI),

which ranks second among domestic colleges and universities.
