ZMTP 2150MW2510t/hThe project is Zambia ZMTP 2150MW coal fired power plant, located at Maamba coal mine, Sinazongwe, Southern Province. The boiler is produced by Dongfang Boiler Company, which is 2*510t/h high temperature, super high pressure circulating CFB boiler. Here the procedure is for the boiler IDF and system commissioning.2.

Zambia MCL 2150MW Coal Fired Power Plant is provided with two sets of 510t/h super high pressure, natural circulating CFB steam drum boilers, which is single furnace, single medium reheating, thermal isolation cyclone separator, tube-type air preheater, balanced draft, end part double flue, suspension structure, half-unsheltered layout, solid state deslagging, complete steel structure, matched with 150MW condense turbine-generator. The boiler adopts CFB combustion and limestone desulfurization technique that low pollution and high efficiency.

2.3.1.1 242484400 t/h450t/h; 4300400The high amplitude oscillating screen of the project is installed in coal crusher house and screen building, the first stage oscillating screens (coarse screening) is total 4 sets, in which two sets are installed on left side, and another two sets on right side. The second stage oscillating screens (sifting screening) is total 4 sets, in which two sets are installed on left side, and another two sets on right side. Total 15 sets of oscillating coal feeders are installed, in which 6 sets are installed at underground coal hopper to convey raw coal, with raw coal grain size not 500mm, rated output of 250t/h and maximum output of 350t/h; in which 3 sets are installed at emergency underground coal hopper of coal yard to convey crushed coal with grain size 50mm, rated output of 250t/h and maximum output of 350t/h; in which one set is installed at underground coal hopper of coal cleaning plant with grain size 10mm, rated output of 200t/h and maximum output of 250t/h; in which 4 sets are installed at underground coal hopper of limestone system to convey limestone with grain size 40mm, rated output of 100t/h and maximum output of 150t/h2.3.1.3 4350t/h450t/h50mm
