Tour Terms & ConditionsThis tour is organized by Kumamoto DMC CO.,Ltd. (hereafter, ” Kumamoto DMC” ) and customers who participate in this tour shall sign an Agent Organized Tour Contract (hereafter, “the Contract” ) with Kumamoto DMC. With regard to contract content and conditions, in addition to the conditions listed for each course, the following conditions. Tour Condition Sheet (in its entirety), confirmation documents, and the Agent Organized Tour section of the Kumamoto DMC Travel Business Agreement also apply.
■How to apply for a tour and when the contract comes into effect1. Apply by filling out the necessary information on the application form at Tour Plaza Kamitori.2. The Contract shall come into effect when Kumamoto DMC agrees to the contract and the application fee for the entire tour fee is received. For credit cards, the contract shall come into effect once Kumamoto DMC issues a notification that has agreed to the contract.
■What is included in the tour fee1.Fares and fees for the transportation indicated in the itinerary.2.Admission and experience fee to every sightseeing point.3.Travel insurance during the tour*from the start point to the last point.
■What is not included in the tour fee1.Transportation fee and fare form and for your house and accommodation which is not listed in the itinerary.2.Personal items such as Meal and Souvenir , including tax and services.
■ Administration of ItineraryIn case where a major alteration is made to the Contract Content described in the itinerary, we will pay an indemnity for such alterations which is equal to or in excess of the amount reached by multiplying the Tour Price by the percentage as specified in the Tour Terms & Conditions.
■Cancellation fee1.The following cancellation fee will be charged if the customer cancels the contract after the contract has come into effect. If the application was for more than 2 person, the customer who do not cancel the tour will be charged for the signature

additional accommodation fee depends on the number of the person.2.If the customer changes the tour schedule *departure date/ course/ accommodation, etc. on their own decision, the customer will be charged the additional or cancellation fee.
■Cancellation feeThe following cancellation fee will be charged if the customer cancels the contract after the contract has come into effect.
■ Handling of personal informationKumamoto DMC shall, in addition to using personal information provided in the tour application to communicate with the customer, use the personal information within the scope necessary for various procedures related to the travel applied for by customer. *In addition to this, Kumamoto DMC may use this personal information in market analysis to develop better travel products and to deliver information to the customer on Kumamoto DMC travel products.
