    WHAT is an A3?

    An A3 is a one-page report that includes all information

    needed for :

    make a decision on a stated PROPOSAL or PROBLEM, or

    to communicate the STATUS of, or plans for, a specific goal

    •What is important is not the format,

    which anyone can understand.
