แรงบนดำลใจในกำรสรำงแบบฝกชดน เกดจำกกำรพบปญหำวำ นกเรยนทมควำมถนดและสนใจทำงสำขำวทยำศำสตร มกไมชอบเรยนวชำภำษำองกฤษ โดยเฉพำะไมชอบอำนบทอำนภำษำองกฤษ ซงสวนใหญเปนบทอำนในสำขำวรรณคดและสงคมศำสตร ท ำใหนกเรยนขำดแรงจงใจใฝสมฤทธในกำรเรยน นอกจำกนน นกเรยนเหลำน ใหควำมสนใจกบวชำโครงงำนวทยำศำสตรมำก แตประสบปญหำในเรองกำรหำหวขอโครงงำน เนองจำกนกเรยนสวนใหญ หำขอมลจำกแหลงขอมลภำษำไทยเทำนน ซงอำจไมครอบคลม กวำงขวำงเพยงพอ แบบฝกชดน มงเนนกำรฝกพฒนำทกษะกำรอำนในสำขำทนกเรยนสนใจ โดยจดกจกรรมในรปแบบทนกเรยนสำมำรถใชศกษำเรยนรดวยตนเอง และยงสำมำรถฝกไดซ ำๆ เพอเปนกำรเพมระดบควำมสำมำรถของกำรอำนภำษำองกฤษผสมผสำนกบทกษะภำษำทเกยวของ อนเปนพนฐำนส ำคญในกำรแสวงหำควำมรทำงวทยำศำสตรตอไป

Activity on Krakatoa was first detected on May 20, 1883. This activity lessened until June 19. The volcano then became more violent. On August 26 a series of explosions occurred, and a black cloud of ash rose 17 miles (27 kilometers) above Krakatoa. The next day, an explosion destroyed most of the island. It could be heard 2,200 miles (3,500 kilometers) away in Australia. This explosion remains the loudest sound in recorded history. Ash was thrown as high as 50 miles (80 kilometers) into the air.
