For environmental reasons we do not use tropical timbers for the new “City Floor”. Instead we utilize European wood species

such as oak or ash and allow them to darken naturally. Those who like dark f loors can now also enjoy this look in the new

120 x 1200 mm dimension.

Ceux qui sont au contact de la nature chaque jour, veulent aussi la préserver.Pour cette raison, nous n’utilisons pas de bois

tropicaux pour la fabrication de notre City Floor, nous laissons nos essences de bois européens comme le chêne ou le frêne se

foncer de façon naturelle par traitement thermique. Ceux qui apprécient l’élégance des sols foncés, peuvent désormais disposer

d’un nouveau format de lames: 120 x 1200 mm.

Chi, come Admonter, ha a che fare quotidianamente con la natura, agisce sempre nel suo totale rispetto. Per questo motivo, anche

per il nuovo “City Floor” non impieghiamo legno dei tropici; al suo posto, lasciamo che il legname Europeo, come il legno di

rovere o di frassino, scurisca in modo naturale grazie a uno speciale trattamento termico. Chi apprezza l’eleganza dei pavimenti

scuri, da oggi ha a disposizione anche il nuovo formato da 120 x 1200 mm.

Eiche oder Esche in einer speziellen Thermobehandlung auf natürliche Weise nachdunkeln. Wer die Eleganz

> Sustainable forest cultivation. For the production of Admonter wide plank f loors we use timber from sustainable

forest cultivation (PEFC certif icate) promoting natural forests, careful forest management, variety of species of animals

and plants and the preservation of a natural environment with high recreational value.

> IBR certif icate. The IBR certif icate was issued by the independent Institute for Construction Biology in Rosenheim

(Germany) for harmlessness in terms of health and ecology.

> 30 years warranty. STIA grants a 30-year warranty on hidden defects in the f loor based on material and manuf-

acturing defects.

> Timber quality. Only 2% of a tree has the quality, which is required to be turned into an Admonter.

> Quality control. From the manual pre-sorting of the raw materials to the delivery of the f loor, an Admonter undergoes

a total of 15 quality checks.

> Installation type. The Admonter City Floor is only available with smart-lock prof ile.

> Construction 3-plis. Une lame est constituée de la couche d’usure, de l’âme transversale et du contreparement en résineux déroulé.

> Le label PEFC de qualité. Certif icat de qualité pour le bois qui est régi par l’Institution de l’Economie Sylvicole et

Forestière Européenne qui renvoie à une gestion forestière durable.

construction à Rosenheim.

> 30 ans de garantie. STIA accorde une garantie de 30 ans sur un Admonter parquet naturel (collage).

> Qualité du bois. 2 % seulement d’un arbre sont de qualité suff isante pour être transformés en lame Admonter.

> 15 contrôles de qualité. De la présélection manuelle du produit brut à la livraison ce sont au total 15 contrôles

qualité qui sont effectués sur la lame Admonter pendant le cycle de production.

> Type de pose. Vous pouvez obtenir Admonter City Floor avec smart-lock.

> Struttura a 3 strati. Strato superiore, strato intermedio a sezione trasversale, retro costituito da tranciato di legno resinoso.

> Gestione Forestale Sostenibile. Il legno per la produzione dei Pavimenti Admonter proviene dei boschi di gestione

> Certif icazione IBR. La certif icazione IBR dallÍstituto indipendente per la biologia edile di Rosenheim (Germania).

Questo istituto ha conferito al Admonter Pavimento Naturale la certif icazione di qualità IBR per lássenza di rischi

per la salute e per lécologia.

> Garanzia di 30 anni. La STIA fornisce una garanzia di 30 anni. La garanzia si riferisce a difetti nascosti del pavi-

mento che riguardano vizi di materiale o di produzione.

> Qualità del legno. Solo il 2% degli alberi soddisfa i requisti di qualità necessari a diventare una pavimenta-

zione Admonter.

> Controllo di qualità. Dalla selezione manuale delle materie prime, alla consegna, unÁdmonter, nel corso del processo

di produzione, passa ben 15 controlli di qualità.

> Metoda di posa. La nuova linea City Floor è solo disponibile con líncastro smart-lock.
