Minimum Qualifications:
Post No. 01- First Class Degree in Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
Post No.02- i) For Law:BL / LLB from a recognized University / Institute.
ii)For Vigilance, Estate Security: First Class graduation Degree from a recognized university.
iii) For HR: First Class MBA (HR), Post Graduation Degree/Diploma (2 years) in PM & IR or equivalenfrom a Premier Management Institute.
iv) For Finance / Accounts: First Class MBA degree in Financial Management from a reputed Institute /
Chartered Accountant / ICWA.
Post No. 03 i) For Civil: First Class Degree course in Civil Engineering;
ii) For PR: PG Degree / Diploma in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication from arecognized University / Institute.
Post No. 04 For (i)-General duty medical officers - Internship completed after MBBS Degree from an Instituterecognized by Medical Council of India.
(ii)- Specialist Doctors- Post Graduation Degree in the concerned specialty.

For Post No. 1, 2(ii), (iii), (iv) and 3 eligible percentages shall be 55% for SC/ST candidates.
Experience :
Post Nos. 01- Minimum 9 years post qualification experience in the executive grades with experience of Design &Engineering, Production Planning & Control, Quality Control / Inspection, Materials Management / PurchaseMarketing, Production / manufacturing in large engineering organization.
Post Nos. 02- Minimum 9 years post qualification experience in the executive grades.
Law- Experience as Law Officer in large corporate / PSU / Government organization. Candidates shouldpossess adequate knowledge in various legal matters and Law related to Labour , Civil, Tax, Service matters, ITact, Company- Laws etc.
Vigilance Experience as vigilance officer in corporate / PSU / Govt. Organisation. Adequate knowledge invarious vigilance matters.
Estate Security Experience as Security officer in large corporate / PSU / Govt. Organisation. Ex-service man army shall be given preference.
HR - Experience in taking up Human Resource Development on continuous basis to suit changes in businessrequirement.
Finance / Accounts:Experience in Financial management in a reputed PSU/Govt. Organisation.
Post No. 03 -Minimum 5years post qualification experience in the executive grades.
Civil - Handling all types of matters pertaining to civil maintenance, preparation of drawings, Preparing Bill ofQuantity, Site inspection, Work evaluation & monitoring, etc.
Public Relations Experience in the area of Public Relations / public communication in large corporate house /PSU /Industrial undertaking.
Post No. 04 - (a) General duty medical officers - Minimum 3 years post qualification experience of the Emergency service
Ambulance Room etc.
(b) Specialist Doctors- Minimum 5 years experience in reputed Hospital after Post Graduation.
Depending upon qualification & experience, higher grade can be offered to deserving candidates. Besides basic pay,DA, CCA, CPF, Conveyance Reimbursement, Medical facilities, accommodation or HRA benefits are admissible asper the rules of the Corporation. Mere fulfillment of the eligibility criteria will not confer any right on them forengagement and the management reserves the right to relax / raise the eligibility criteria or change the level ooperation of the posts depending upon the suitability of candidates without assigning any reason.
