习云泰教授（中国四川）

习云泰教授是中国著名的教育家、武术家、理论家。他被评為世界十大武术教授之一。1

988年IWSD刚成立時，他被聘為第一位顧问，多年來他為国际武术散手道联盟的完善、发

展出谋划策和指导、参加了散手道举办的每一次大型活动，是散手道最值得尊敬的老师之

一。1999和王菊蓉老师等、成為荣誉顾问、2011年為国际武道联盟首任荣誉主席。

习云泰表师1935年出生于中国河北唐山巿，自幼习武，1955年代表中国出访多个国家，

精研武术、摔跤、拳击等，曾向張文广、郑怀贤、王树田等学武术，曾任中国成都体育学

院武术教授，武术系主任、中国全国散手比赛总裁判，《中国大百科全书》武术部分副总

编，编写过多本武术著作，被评為世界十大武术教育家、世界著名十大武术教授，获武术

终身成就奖、获世界武林泰斗奖

倡议在中国国外成立一个為＂中华武术正名＂的国际组织的極力推动者，是IWSD成立后

的创会副主席之一，也是他最先申请中国黑龙江省為国际武术散手道联盟的团体会员之一

，后去俄国莫斯科㙮斯社工作，兼任俄罗斯散手道协会主席，1994年失去与总部联络。

育娃•王月魂（加拿大-新加坡）

国际武术散手道联盟创建人之一，曾在加拿大温哥华任空手道教师，是＂二世空手道掌门

人＂，他的学生很多都获得加拿大全国空手道大�冠军，后來到东南亜工作时，曾作新加

坡散手道协会主席。他是国际金融组织万事达卡首席经济顾问，世界银行经济顾问，经济

学博士，多个大学的经济学客座教授，出版过多部经济学方面的著作。加拿大全国空手道

协会副主席，被选入＂世界著名武术家大型画册＂世界十大武术博士。在散手道创建初期

，為散手道的完善和发展作了不少工作，曾任IWSD创会副主席，他是第一个到中国去传

授空手道的教练，到中国黑龙江去教授空手道時，他帶去了散手道的理念，不少黑龙江省

的散打运动员都是受了他的影响而热衷于散手道的，並且成了散手道的精英。他在加拿大

作空手道教练期间，他旗下的空手道高手们也全部参加了散手道，壮大了散手道的力量。

后來由于工作关係，从1994年后没有再任散手道的领导工作。

（参考）Pat Rice has been involved in internal health practices since 1972 and in Chinese martial

arts and internal practices since 1975. She has studied extensively in the U.S. and abroad from well-known masters. She also has studied taijiquan, qigong, and other arts in China and in Europe. She has traveled to China ten times since 1985, as her involvement with Chinese arts has expanded.

In 1988, she was an athlete member of the U.S. Wushu Team and competed in taijiquan at the International Wushu Invitational Tournament in Hangzhou, China. It was during that event that she was introduced to Master Yang Zhen-duo and arranged to study further with him in Taiyuan, Shanxi. She was the first to invite him and his grandson Yang Jun to the United States in 1990, through her business, A Taste of China.

Among tournament awards as an athlete, she placed first in Taijiquan, Women's Division, and first in Push-Hands, Women's Division, in the U.S. National Kung-Fu/Wushu Competitions, Houston, Texas in 1986 and 1987. She was a member of the 1989 U.S. Taijiquan Team and won 3rd place in Push-Hands,

Women's Heavyweight Division, at the First Chung-hua Cup International Tai Chi Chuan Tournament, Taiwan.

She earned a diploma at the Wushu International Judges Course in Shanghai in 1988 and is certified by the China Wushu Association to judge in international tournaments. She has sponsored, directed, and judged at numerous tournaments at the national and international level, and has taught courses in tournament management and judges training. Between 1988 and 2005, she organized fifteen tournaments that focused solely on taijiquan and other internal styles. “The U.S.A. All-Taijiquan Championships,” held in Winchester, Virginia, became the premier tournament event for internal stylists.

She has been an administrative member of several Chinese martial arts organizations, including being a member of the Executive Committee of the U.S.A. Wushu/Kungfu Federation, the Board of Directors of the former U.S. Wushu Federation, and Taijiquan Director of the U.S. Chinese Kuoshu Federation, and she was on the Taijiquan Committee of the Amateur Athletic Union. She served four years (1995-1999) as a member of the Technical Committee of the International Wushu Federation and attended three World Wushu Tournaments (Baltimore, Rome, Hong Kong) as an administrator.

She has published several articles on taijiquan, wushu, and self defense.

She is Director of “A Taste of China,” and based on the role A Taste of China has played in the development and spread of Chinese martial arts, she was named in 1999 by Inside Kung Fu magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential Persons in martial arts in the U.S. in the past 100 years. She was inducted into Inside Kung Fu’s 2001 Hall of Fame for “Outstanding Contribution to Martial Arts.”

She has conducted workshops in the U.S. and abroad for more than 30 years. She has taught at Shenandoah University, Shenandoah University’s College for Lifelong Learning, and Lord Fairfax Community College in Virginia. She has been Director and Instructor at her own school, the Shenandoah Taijiquan Center/Winchester Yang Chang-fu Center in Winchester, Virginia since 1992.

She is the Advisor to the International Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan Association, and she is Head of the Judges and Ranking Department, and also Chair of the Judges and Ranking Advisory Board. She has written for the Association’s journal and has assisted in structuring the ranking procedures for the Association.

She has a great enthusiasm for teaching and learning, and is dedicated to sharing the sense of well-being that can be obtained from the practices of taiji and qigong.

Executive Committee Member of the international Wushu Federation,president of the Confederation of Canadian Wushu

Organizations

（IWSD from 1997-) In order to carry forward his ideal concept of promoting Wushu in Canada, he took the lead in

1993 and formed the Canadian National Wushu Team to participate in the 2nd World Wushu

Championships held in Malaysia. In October 2009, Wushu Canada, under his leadership, won

the highly contested bid and hosted the 10th World Wushu Championships in Toronto. The

Team Canada was widely recognized as one of the best Wushu Team outside of Asian region.

As well, the Championship was known as the most influential international event in the

mainstream community. At this great event, the Canadian team managed to take one gold, two

silver and one bronze medal.

Ground Master Tang, the President of the Wushu Canada and the Executive Board Member of the International Wushu Federation formed by 148 countries, is a recipient of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal, granted by the Governor General of Canada in December 2012. Key Appointments:

Sifu Ken Low is a gentle, helpful and friendly professional engineer who worked for the City of Vancouver, and who was the Candidate for the Burnaby Douglas Riding for the Federal Liberal Party of Canada. On the surface, it does not seem likely that he is also a renowned Kung Fu /Wushu Sifu who is widely recognized in the Martial Arts circle. Sifu Ken Low is a 9th degree Master, certified by the Confederation of the Canadian Wushu Organizations in 2003; the current President of the Canada International Sanshou Federation, current Member of the Board of Directors of the International Health Qigong Federation: current President of the Canada International Health Qigong Association; current President of the Wushu Association of B.C.; the co-chief instructor of the Vancouver City Police Lion Dance Team; and the principal of Ken Low’s Shaolin Kung Fu Institute. Sifu Ken Low graduated from U.B.C., majored in Civil Engineering. He worked in the City of Vancouver for 26 years, contributed significantly to City of Vancouver’s infrastructure. His passion is Martial Arts. He started training under his father at a very early age. His trophies and awards won from open Martial Arts competition totaled more than 150. He is widely respected as a master of both Kung Fu and academics. Sifu Ken Low has 38 years of rich teaching experience. Many of his students have won awards in national and international tournaments. His teaching motto is: respect, focus, self-discipline, and health. Aside from teaching his students, Sifu Ken Low also hosted the Can-Am International Martial Arts Championships annually for the past 33 years. Through this tournament, more than 600 Martial Arts practitioners have an annual opportunity of meeting, exchanging ideas, and competing in a friendly manner. US in 1984 . Master Huang was deeply involved in internal martial art study since his childhood.

His main influences were Master Ou Rung Ju - the student of Yang Cheng Fu's eldest son Yang

Zhen Ming (Yang Sau Chung) who taught him Yang Style Tai Chi and Liu He Ba Fa, Lou Zi Ling -

the student Yang Cheng Fu who taught him Yang Style Tai Chi Fast Form, Li Xiang Wu -

legendary Hsing Yi master, one of the Five Tigers Down South, Huang Sou Ting who taught him

Ba Gua and Liu He Ba Fa and Liao Fo Hai who taught him Qigong and mediation.

with a wide range of physical limitations and conditions.

Master Huang has been teaching for more than 35 years. He is highly regarded for his teaching

of energy work and self -healing, as well as the powerful and explosive quality of his martial

arts. He is based in Miami Florida, where he teaches privately and conducts workshops around

the US and abroad.
