Change Control

• The change control process provides the mechanism to document and

incorporate changes in contract scope, costs, schedule and program

acquisition as established in the program management plan.

• A change control request (CCR) is initiated by the project manager with

senior PM concurrence, and submitted to Program Management / Program

Review Board for review and approval. Approval Authorities are described

in the PMP.
