Project Purpose

The LIGTT is strategically located near
Mile 0 of the Mississippi River, 20 miles
downstream of Venice, in Plaquemines
Parish.
The terminal is located east of SW Pass
within state waters.

Change Control
• The change control process provides the mechanism to document and
incorporate changes in contract scope, costs, schedule and program
acquisition as established in the program management plan.
• A change control request (CCR) is initiated by the project manager with
senior PM concurrence, and submitted to Program Management / Program
Review Board for review and approval. Approval Authorities are described
in the PMP.
