Apart from various CRM linked features and Agile Cloud PBXʼ s features, calls can be made from the list of outgoing or incoming numbers and centralized customer management page. Conveniently displays phonebook contacts during calls. Excel linked, includes call features with a click on the web, plus, user friendly. Furthermore, you can manage call history, use simultaneous call features, call recordings and monitor calls.
