Company ProfileZhejiang Taitan Co., Ltd. is a famous manufacturer for textile machinery in china. It is not only state

key hi-tech enterprise but also famous brand product enteprise in Zhejiang privince. It is established in May, 1986 and mainly engages manufacturing and sale of textile machinery. Now it locates at Taitan Science and Technology Park in Nanyan Hi-tech Industrial Park, Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province, occupies area of 220,000m2 , holds more than 600 employees, thereinto including more than 200 technicians/engineers. It consists of some producing divisions including air jet loom division, automatic winder division, twisting machinery division, spinning machinery division, rapier loom division, metalworking division, plastic division etc..

For a long time, Taitan adheres to the concept that science and technology constitute the primary productive force, enhances actively independent innovation ability, bends ourselves to research and development of new style textile machinery. So far more than 20 products have been submitted to market. More than 50 scientific and technological achievements have been awarded the province or national prizes, thereinto 15 achievements belong to the national prize. More than 40 patents with independent intellectual property rights have been declared and holded. Taitan has holded three series of textile machinery including twisting machinery, spinning machinery and weaving machinery. Its annual production and sale quantities of two for one twister, doubling winder, rapier loom and rotor spinning machine are above others for the same industry. Some machines such as vortex spinning machine etc, fill the blank in china. Automatic winder and full-automatic rotor spinning machine etc. achieve a hi-tech level as international new style textile machinry.

【电控系统 】

Control system

Two kinds of main control system can be selected and both of them are applied with CANBUS unit. Every PCB for different functions, which adopt plug type structure, can get perfect control for loom. Maintenance is simple and easy. Each PCB adopts modularized structure, the different configuration requirements to loom can be easily realized by increasing or reducing the functional modules.

Display some information at Chinese or Engl ish which include some weaving technology parameter such as class output, fabric length measurement, warp tension setting, weft selection, opening and closing time of electromagnetic valve etc., loom status and diagnose-self fault. Input various data and operate through function keys. Save, copy and transfer various setting parameters via memory card or central computer.

用户根据需要选择中文或英文显示班产、

织物定长、经纱张力设定、纬线选择、电磁阀

启闭时间等织造工艺参数；织机状态监控；

自我故障诊断。

通过功能键，方便的输入各种数据和

运行操作。
