    competencies that were developed on the +ob. $owever, the data and

    information he9 she worked on belongs to the organi/ation and not the

    individual. "herefore, divulging any such condential and classied company

    information is a breach of the company policies and the #O#. It is unethical

    for the hiring company to prod a candidate for information in such a manner.

    But it is worse for you since you are a serving employee who is violating the

    company norms. And there is no guarantee that you will get the +ob even

    after divulging all this information.
