ISSI CRM implementation require the implementation of CRM for Sales and Customer Service and External Companies to have easy access of shared information to support the ISSI core business. This is accomplished with Dynamics CRM, Axonom Design Win/High Tech Solution and Portal. ISSI employees will primarily use the Dynamics CRM production to manage the business – this will allow them to have outlook integration and web access to CRM. External users will only access information via the Distributor Portal.

Few Key implementations:

For the better communication and support for the business process we provide various approval process based on Territory and the Product group. Admin can easily manage the approval process by adding/removing users from the approval entity. System can automatically find the users based on Territory and Group and send approval mails to them. This is a multilevel approval process so require users will automatically get the approval mails and get the appropriate buttons base on status of entity.

Also provide the facility of Forums, so that the users can discuss the business matters/Topic with a group of users. Record sharing facility to share the records automatically with all the users based on their Territory. Create Custom Price list functionality to manage the Order to select different Price list based on type of customer. Manage Sales order price based on Price list and selected product. All you need is a browser to be able to access this information, so client are not restricted to using any one computer making it ideal for care team members who might need access to this information in the office and on-the-go. Care Navigator provides a scalable, web-based solution to enable diagnosis, treatment and staging services, prevention, education, and screening services to optimize the execution of care plans for physicians, community care teams, patients, and families.

Few Key implementations: Development of Care plan process. System can generate different kind of activities based on care plan suggested to the

patient. Generation of assessment Questions: Based on care plan and the assessment assign to the customer system can automatically

generate the set of assessment questions for the patient. This Assessment Questions are based on Assessment master that can be easily managed by the admin for adding new questions or creating a new set of assessment.

Centralised patient information: We centralised the patient information on one screen that include, Basic information, last prescriptions, Details of Next of Kin, Education summary, insurance summary etc.

Portal access for Patient to get the current status, including reports, next appointment or to fill his/her status. Database encryption. Various Reports to the Doctors and management to get the status and progress of the hospital. Manage the Patient connection with various doctors and the care providers. The casino has 2,000 slot machines, up to 86 table games, four restaurants, a deli, bingo, an off-track betting facility, lounge, concert venues and a poker room. Viejas serves alcohol in its casino.

They were required to manage their Guest and various activities of the hosts. We provide the solution by Integrating Casino application with MSCRM, Data management, Use of Scribe packages, Integration of MSCRM with Hotel management application. Workflow management for the reminders to the hosts. Integrate solution for Trip, jackpots and Awards. Provide Mobile Solution using CWR for the Host to manage their Guest remotely (Online or Offline), Report configuration for managing the Host Activities.

Centralised the Guest information based on Host. Each Host is now able to manage the number of Guest assigned to him/her.

In CRM they require to create leads both manual and automatic, should be able to assign leads to sales team who will then convert the lead into opportunities and close them. At all the stages the solution should be able to send reminders, notifications and alerts based on time and event to different stakeholders and also to calculate incentive as an revenue for company and booking details status.

Few Key implementations:

Provide solution for product search on lead/opportunity based on customer requirement. User can now ask the user for what kind of property they are looking for based on Area, Price, Builder, location, type of property etc. and system will auto filter and show the available property based on selected criteria.
