Working as CCR operator of boiler & have experience in operating the boiler Worked as CCR operator in major events like Boiler light up, Steam blowing, Turbine rolling &

synchronisation, Bypass operation, Mill operation, Full load operation up to 806MW Have experience in operating from SIEMENS & YOKOGAWA DCS. Involved in the commissioning and operation of boiler and its accessories. Inspections of boiler parts for any punch points or any abnormalities. Experience in Line up of all the equipment in boiler for starting the system. Responsible for start-up and shut down operation of boiler. Follow up with site engineers of contractors/sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out

as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule. Inspection of pipelines and instruments as per P&I drawing. Carrying out Commissioning activities like Motor solo test, No load test and Load test for various

rotating equipment’s like fans and pumps Experience in Loesche Coal mill operation Knowledge in reading of drawing like P&ID, SFD, FCD, IO list, SLD, Logic diagram.
