- Das Netzteil ist für den Einbau in eine nach den Normen DIN 49073 und DIN VDE 0606 tiefe Schalterdose geeignet. Diese Dose sollte nurfür diesen Zweck genutzt werden. Nicht als Zug-, Klemm- oder Verteilerdose benutzen, da es dadurch zu Platzproblemen kommt.

Hinweis:Achtung: keine aggressiven Medien ableiten und geeignete Reinigungsmittel verwenden, da die verwendeten Edelstahlteile angegriffen werden könnten(z. B. keine chlorhaltigen Reinigungsmittel). Zementschlämme-Entferner ist vollständig und rückstandslos, mit klarem Wasser, von allen Edelstahlteilenzu entfernen.

Note:Attention: not for use with aggressive wastewaters - use appropriate cleaning agents only - otherwise stainless steel parts could corrode (for example donot use cleaning agents containing chlorine). All grout, adhesives and cement must be completely removed with water from stainless steel parts.

Gewährleistung Warranty, Garantie, Garantie, Garanzia, Gwaranzja4.1. Ist eine Lieferung oder Leistung mangelhaft, so hat KESSEL nach

Ihrer Wahl den Mangel durch Nachbesserung zu beseitigen odereine mangelfreie Sache zu liefern. Schlägt die Nachbesserungzweimal fehl oder ist sie wirtschaftlich nicht vertretbar, so hat derKäufer/Auftraggeber das Recht, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten oderseine Zahlungspflicht entsprechend zu mindern. Die Feststellungvon offensichtlichen Mängeln muss unverzüglich, bei nicht erkenn-baren oder verdeckten Mängeln unverzüglich nach ihrer Erkenn-barkeit schriftlich mitgeteilt werden. Für Nachbesserungen undNachlieferungen haftet KESSEL in gleichem Umfang wie für denursprünglichen Vertragsgegenstand. Für Neulieferungen beginntdie Gewährleis-tungsfrist neu zu laufen, jedoch nur im Umfang derNeulieferung.Es wird nur für neu hergestellte Sachen eine Gewährleistung über-nommen. Die Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt 24 Monate ab Ausliefe-

rung an unseren Vertragspartner. § 377 HGB findet weiterhin An-wendung. Über die gesetzliche Regelung hinaus erhöht die KES-SEL AG die Gewährleistungsfrist für Leichtflüssigkeitsabscheider,Fettabscheider, Schächte, Kleinkläranlagen und Regenwasserzi-sternen auf 20 Jahre bezüglich Behälter. Dies bezieht sich auf dieDichtheit, Gebrauchstauglichkeit und statische Sicherheit.Voraussetzung hierfür ist eine fachmännische Montage sowie einbestimmungsgemäßer Betrieb entsprechend den aktuell gültigenEinbau- und Bedienungsanleitungen und den gültigen Normen.

2. KESSEL stellt ausdrücklich klar, dass Verschleiß kein Mangel ist.Gleiches gilt für Fehler, die aufgrund mangelhafter Wartung auftreten.Hinweis: Das Öffnen von versiegelten Komponenten oder Ver-schraubungen darf nur durch den Hersteller erfolgen. Andernfallskönnen Gewährleistungsansprüche ausgeschlossen sein.

1. In the case that a KESSEL product is defective, KESSEL has theoption of repairing or replacing the product. If the product remainsdefective after the second attempt to repair or replace the productor it is economically unfeasible to repair or replace the product, thecustomer has the right to cancel the order / contract or reduce pay-ment accordingly. KESSEL must be notified immediately in writingof defects in a product. In the case that the defect is not visible ordifficult to detect, KESSEL must be notified immediately in writingof the defect as soon as it is discovered. If the product is repairedor replaced, the newly repaired or replaced product shall receive anew warranty identical to that which the original (defective) productwas granted. The term defective product refers only to the productor part needing repair or replacement and not necessarily to theentire product or unit. KESSEL products are warranted for a periodof 24 month. This warranty period begins on the day the product isshipped form KESSEL to its customer. The warranty only applies

to newly manufactured products. Additional information can befound in section 377 of the HGB. In addition to the standard war-ranty, KESSEL offers an additional 20 year warranty on the polymerbodies of class I / II fuel separators, grease separators, inspectionchambers, wastewater treatment systems and rainwater storagetanks. This additional warranty applies to the watertightness, usa-bility and structural soundness of the product. A requirement of thisadditional warranty is that the product is properly installed and ope-rated in accordance with the valid installation and user's manual aswell as the corresponding norms / regulations.

2. Wear and tear on a product will not be considered a defect. Pro-blems with products resulting from improper installation, handlingor maintenance will also not be considered a defect.Note: Only the manufacturer may open sealed components orscrew connections. Otherwise, the warranty may become null andvoid 01.06.2010

1. Si une livraison ou une prestation est défectueuse, KESSEL s’en-gage, selon votre choix, à éliminer, par réparation, le manque con-staté ou à livrer un article sans défaut. Si la réparation échoue pardeux fois ou si elle n’est pas rentable financièrement, l'acheteur /le client a le droit de résilier le contrat ou de diminuer en consé-quence le paiement dû. La constatation de manques évidents doitfaire l’objet d’un compte-rendu immédiat ; en cas de manques nonreconnaissables ou cachés, ce compte-rendu écrit sera envoyédès que ces manques auront été constatés. KESSEL est respon-sable des réparations et livraisons postérieures dans les mêmesconditions que celles de l'objet du contrat originel. En cas de nou-velles livraisons, le délai de garantie reprend, mais seulement ence qui concerne le volume d'une nouvelle livraison. Une garantiene peut être transmise qu’aux objets nouvellement fabriqués. Ladurée de garantie est de 24 mois après livraison par notre contrac-tant. Le § 377 du HGB (code du commerce) sont applicables ulté-

rieurement. En se basant sur la réglementation légale, KESSEL AGaugmente et accorde un délai de garantie de 20 ans s’appliquantau conteneur pour le décanteur, le dégraisseur, les puits, les petitesstations d'épuration et les citernes d'eau de pluie. Ceci concernel'étanchéité, l’aptitude à l'emploi et la sécurité statique. Il faut, pourcela que le montage ait été effectué par une entreprise professi-onnelle et que l’exploitation se déroule conformément aux directi-ves de montage et de service ainsi qu’aux normes actuellementen vigueur.

2. KESSEL rappelle que l'usure n'est pas un défaut pris en comptepar la garantie. Il en est de même pour les défauts dus à une main-tenance défectueuse.Note: L'ouverture des composants scellés ou des léments vissésne peut être exécutée que par le fabricant. Dans le cas contraire,les droits à garantie peuvent être exclus. "

Se la riparazione/sostitu-zione non andasse a buonfine per due occasioni consecutive o non fosse economicamentesostenibile, làcquirente/ ordinate ha il dritto di recesso dal con-tratto o ad unàdeguata riduzione dellòbbligazione sorta dal rela-tivo contratto di compravendita. La constatazione di vizi evidentideve essere comunicata tempestivamente in forma scritta; in casodi presenza di difetti difficilmente visibili o impossibili di immediatoaccertamento, la relativa declamazione va effettuata al momentodel loro conoscimento. In caso di sostituzioni o riparazioni di pro-dotti difettosi, la ditta KESSEL si impegna a rispondere per lamerce riparata/ sostituita oggetto del contratto originario. La con-segna di nuovi prodotti da parte della ditta KESSEL in conto sosti-tuzione, provoca la nascita di un nuovo periodo di garanzia,subentrando quindi al precedente, se e solo se si tratta di articolidi produzione ex novo. La garanzia ha una validità di 24 mesi.Questùltima produce diritti a partire dal giorno di consegna dellamerce destinata ai clienti KESSEL, controparte del contratto di for-

nitura. Informazioni aggiuntive sono disposte e consultabili neicommi 377 del HGB (= Handelsgesetzbuch trad. Codice Commer-ciale tedesco). Oltre al regime legale, la KESSEL AG ha prolungatoad anni 20 il periodo di garanzia per i separatori a coalescenza/olio/benzina, separatore di grassi, pozzetti, fosse biologiche e serbatoidi acqua piovana in merito al solo serbatoio. Questo si riferisce allacompattezza, allaìdoneità allùso e alla sicurezza statica. Pre-sup-posto per questo è un assemblaggio di esperti come pure làttivodel prodotto proprio secondo gli istruzioni di montaggio e manu-tenzione in corso e le relative norme valide

2. La ditta KESSEL non riconosce lùsura come un difetto o un mal-funzionamento valido ai fini della contestazione per sostituzione oriparazione. Motivo di non sostituibilità (o riparazione) è relativoanche per guasti conseguenti a negligenze o inefficienze nelle ope-razioni di manutenzione. Avvertenza: l’apertura di componenti sigillati o di chiusure e col-legamenti a vite può essere effettuata soltanto dal produttore.L’inosservanza di tale avvertenza può comportare l’esclusione didiritti di garanzia.

volgens u keuze het probleem verhelpen door een bijkomende le-vering of door de levering van een toestel zonder schade. Indien debijkomende levering twee maal ontoereikend is om het probleem opte lossen of indien het probleem niet opgelost kan worden, heeft deklant / de opdrachtgever het recht zich aan het contract te onttrek-ken of zijn betaling overeenkomstig te vertragen. Het vaststellen vanduidelijke schade moet meteen gebeuren, bij niet meteen zichtbareschade moet dit meteen na het ontdekken van de schade schriftelijkgemeld worden. Voor bijkomend herstel of bijkomende leveringenstaat KESSEL in dezelfde mate borg als voor het oorspronkelijkevoorwerp van het contract. Voor nieuwe leveringen begint de ga-rantietermijn opnieuw te lopen, maar dit enkel voor de omvang vande nieuwe levering.Voor pas herstelde voorwerpen biedt KESSEL een garantie. De garantietermijn bedraagt 24 maanden vanaf de levering aanonze partner. § 377 van het Duitse Handelswetboek zijn verder vantoepassing. Naast de wettelijk verplichte garantie garandeert

KESSEL AG bij olie/benzineafscheiders, vetafscheiders, schachten,IBA-systemen en regenwaterreservoirs de dichtheid, statische be-lastbaarheid en toepasbaarheid voor een periode van 20 jaar.Deze garantie geldt uitsluitend wanneer montage door vakkundigpersoneel is uitgevoerd volgens de geldende normvoorschriften eninbouwinstructies, en dat daarbij voldoende rekening is gehoudenmet de grondwatersituatie terplaatse.Daarnaast geldt de voorwaarde dat het gebruik van de systemenen het onderhoud ervan wordt uitgevoerd volgens de KESSEL voor-schriften.

2. KESSEL wil met nadruk stellen dat slijtage geen tekortkoming vanhet product is. Hetzelfde geldt voor fouten die optreden door foutiefonderhoud.Instructie: Het openen van verzegelde componenten of schroef-verbindingen mag alleen door de fabrikant gebeuren. Anders kun-nen vrijwaringsclaims uitgesloten zijn.

Jeśli dostarczono wadliwy towar, firma Kessel ma prawo wyborusposobu postępowania, czy usterka zostanie usunięta na czyteż wadliwy produkt zostanie wymieniony.Jeśli po dwóch naprawach wada nadal nie zostanie usunięta,kupujący/zlecający ma prawo do odstąpienia umowy lub żądaniaobniżenia ceny.Fakt stwierdzenia jawnych wad należy zgłosić niezwłocznie napiśmie, w przypadku wad ukrytych fakt ten należy zgłosićniezwłocznie po ich stwierdzeniu.Za naprawy i dostarczone w terminie późniejszym części firmaKessel odpowiada w takim samym stopniu jak w przypadkuumowy pierwotnej. W razie dostarczenia nowych części gwa-rancja obowiązuje od początku, ale tylko w zakresie nowej do-starczonej części.Gwarancja obejmuje jedynie przedmioty nowe. Okres gwarancjiwynosi 24 miesiące licząc od wydania partnerowi umowy. FirmaKessel AG wydłuża okres gwarancji w przypadku separatorów

cieczy lekkich, separatorów tłuszczu, studzienek, przydomowychoczyszczalni ścieków i cystern na wodę deszczową do 20 lat nazbiorniki. Odnosi się to do szczelności, zdolności do użytkowaniai bezpieczeństwa statycznego.

2. Warunkiem ważności gwarancji jest:• fachowy montaż wykonany zgodnie z zaleceniami zawartymi w

dokumentacji techniczno-ruchowej i obowiązującymi normami,• eksploatacja zgodna z przeznaczeniem urządzenia,• uruchomienie zerowe podpisane przez osobę upoważnioną

przez firmę Kessel,• regularne przeprowadzanie konserwacji wg wskazówek zawar-

tych w dokumentacji techniczno-ruchowej,• udokumentowane przeglądy okresowe w podanych poniżej
