The reception of this application by the Exhibition Organiser (including reception by way of an identified fax) confirms that we have familiarised ourselves and are in full agreement with the conditions set out in the Exhibitor Marketing Manual. We consider the obligations of Reed Exhibitions regarding this application to be reciprocal to ours. In case of non-payment of the full price of this application before 13th February 2016 by the Exhibitor, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the application without the agreement of the Exhibitor. AGREEMENT ON THE PROCESSING OF CONTACT DETAILS 1. The Exhibitor gives Reed Exhibitions the permission to process its contact details. 2. The term "Exhibitor contact details" in this agreement is considered to mean service related information, information about the organisation and information about ways of contacting the representatives of the Exhibitor regarding service and business issues. 3. The term "processing of contact details" describes actions (operations) that include the collection, arrangement, storage, changes in details, usage, distribution (including transfer), blocking and destruction of contact details. 4. The Exhibitor agrees to provide its contact details to other exhibitors at the exhibitions and as part of invitations to visit stands and seminars (exhibition business programme events). 5. Contact details are kept confidential by Reed Exhibitions in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. This agreement remains in force throughout the duration of the validity of this agreement. The Exhibitor has the right to contact Reed Exhibitions to request the cessation of the processing of contact details.
