Thefollowing records ajid reports are required:(1 ) Command inspection report of inspec-tions by headquarters higher than battal ion (forexample, corps, division, brigade, group, post,headquarters command, or division support com-mand). If these reports are not available or arenot appropriate for the type of unit being evalu-ated, another inspection report that evaluatesthe performance of assigned missions may besubstituted. Annual general inspection reportswill not be forwarded or c onsidered in the aw ardselection.(2 ) Army Training and Evaluation Program(ARTEP) results.(3 ) Other inspections or tests.(4 ) Weapons qualification scores.

    (5 ) Skills qualification test (SQT) scores.(6 ) Reenlistment rate.(7 ) Individual awards, decorations, an d cita-tions originating outside the nominated unit.(8 ) Other major accomplishments, signifi-cant achievements, or extracurricular activities.7.
