T- System UK is the one of the largest European IT services company. TSL-Virage is the Support Process project that is aimed at resolving the defects/issues that occurs in Web and Retail services applications, along with the other backend processes like billing, payments and other credit-checks for the T-Systems, UK.The web and retail services applications enable customers to buy and manage the shopping products both offline and online with a purpose of creating new customers while maintaining existing customers. T-Systems represent sales directly to consumers.  From a physical standpoint, it refers to the place where brand to consumer sales transactions takes place from a physical or virtual footprint.  For the sake of consumer it also offers the consumer of Online- Shopping which allows consumers to directly buy goods or services from a seller or store over the Internet using a web browser. TSL-Virage also provide a consistent, stable and well-defined both Offline and Online transactions (like opening new online account along with others functionalities and tracking the different purchases made by the user.) process for T- Systems, and enable T- Systems to respond rapidly to business process changes, regulatory mandates, and evolving T- Systems group product offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities/Contributions :

Worked with team as a team member for analyzing, and resolved the root cause of the issue. Developed analysis and Design documents for the deliverable. Delivered, deployed and Implemented the code to the Production Environment after review. Resolved a number of Production defects and issues related to Web and Retail Services

using Unix, SQL, Java and Web Services. Assisted with SQL query performance tuning and Oracle database optimizations and

provided IT support for production related issues. Worked on Change management, Problem management, Release management, minor

enhancement, and Analyzed causes of production problems and developed methods for improvement by coordinating with clients, vendors and internal units for the stability of the live web applications.
